ELON MUSK AND LACKEYS' HACKING INTO THE US FINANCIAL DATA SYSTEMS: LETTER TO SENATOR SCHUMER (DEM NY)

I wrote the following letter to Senator Schumer, but it was rejected ironically because of the caps and other text that they stated appeared to be code used for hacking. The height of irony. In any case, I did write another letter, half as forceful.

 So I'm including the original letter on my blog.

Dear Senator Schumer,

 

The Democratic party got us where we are today by not STANDING AGAINST Trump. They didn't do a recount/investigation of the obviously hacked AND COMPROMISED 2024 election. They did not sue the media for defamation for the smear campaign of calumny against Joe Biden's age (clearly illegal). They DID NOT INVESTIGATE Trump's continual abuse of campaign finance laws-his bribery of the oil lobby during his campaign.  Lastly the Democratic Party did not employ Section 3 of the 14th amendment immediately...before the election AFTER THE COLORADO RULING, or even on JANUARY 6TH, when the senate was still the majority. The list of their dilatory action is voluminous.

How much abuse does the Democratic party and its members have to take before it is not only vitiated, as the constitution is being vitiated as I write this? How much abuse of the American people has to happen before Trump and his unelected immigrant foreign born lackey totally dissolves this country? 

This is the time to "TAKE THE GLOVES OFF." YOU CANNOT USE "TRADITIONAL" APPROACHES TO "APPEAR HOLY." You allowed the MAGA party to gain power in all the branches and NOW  YOU WANT TO PROPOSE A BILL, "THE NO KING'S ACT," WHEN YOU SHOULD HAVE USED THE CONSTITUTION, SECTION 3 OF THE 14TH AMENDMENT TO HOLD TRUMP TO ACCOUNT PUBLICLY.  THIS IS SHAMEFUL.

You have fallen down on your job and as MINORITY leader you must step up. 

Have someone in the party pull a Tommy Tuberville to delay these nominations of individuals like Kash Patel, Vought, Gabbard, Kennedy Jr. and more who have Trump, Putin and their own interests at heart, NOT THE AMERICAN PEOPLE'S. They are criminals themselves and are vastly unqualified. They are Trump/Nazi loyalists. That's why they have been chosen.

SPEARHEAD THE BLUE STATE GOVERNORS. HAVE THEM DECLARE A STATE OF EMERGENCY IN EACH BLUE STATE. ACTIVATE THEIR ATTORNEYS GENERAL MOVE TO ARREST THE 6 INDIVIDUALS AND MUSK FOR CRIMES THAT CAN GET THEM LIFE IN PRISON IF THEY ARE "REGULAR FOLK." WE ALL NEED PROTECTION. THESE CRIMINALS ARE JEOPARDIZING THEIR CONSTITUENTS AND ABOVE ALL YOU. WITH THIS  NATIONAL SECURITY DATA BREACH, MUSK HOLDS THE DATA OF OVER 300 MILLION PEOPLE HOSTAGE. HE HAS KIDNAPPED OUR PRIVACY, AND NOT FOR HIS RATIONALE TO MAKE A MORE EFFICIENT SYSTEM. HE HAS NO CLEARANCE TO DO THAT AND HE WAS NOT ELECTED BY US TO DO THAT. THAT IS HIS INTENTION TO CONTROL THE TREASURY FOR TRUMP. 

 

LIKE THIRD WORLD DICTATORS WHOSE ECONOMY IS FLAILING, TRUMP INTENDS TO LOOT THE TREASURY FOR HIMSELF. HE IS AN IMELDA MARCOS EQUIVALENT, BUT AT THE BEHEST OF PUTIN WHOM HE OWES ALMOST $1 TRILLION DOLLARS IF YOU COUNT UP THE FEES ON THE MONEY BANKS REFUSED TO GIVE HIM SINCE HIS BANKRUPTCIES.

APPEASING TRUMP/MUSK/MAGAS DOESN'T WORK. APPEASEMENT DIDN'T WORK WITH HITLER. THESE CRIMINALS BELIEVE THEY ARE THE LAW OF THE LAND, AN ABOMINABLE LIE. THE CONSTITUTION IS THE LAW OF THE LAND. PROTECT US. YOU SWORE TO UPHOLD YOUR OATH DID YOU NOT?

Republicans throughout the decades, regardless of the logic or probity, but for the sheer power  DON'T GOVERN.THEY OBSTRUCT. AS HEINOUS AS IT MAY APPEAR, THEIR OBSTRUCTION IS WAR. CALL IT OUT FOR WHAT IT IS. They have moved to impeach Clinton, Biden, etc., etc. FOR NO TRUE REASONS. Trump has committed high crimes and misdemeanors many times and MAGAS GIVE HIM A PASS? You know what his crimes are. HE WARS AGAINST THE AMERICAN MAJORITY AND MAGAS AGREE WITH HIS WAR. THEY ARE NOT REPRESENTATIVES OF AMERICANS. THEY REPRESENT TRUMP/BILLIONAIRES WHO ARE LESS THAN 01% OF THE COUNTRY.

IF ALLOWED,THE DAMAGE WHICH ALREADY WAS UNIMAGINABLE FOR YOU TO THINK ABOUT, WILL BE FAR WORSE. EXPECT PUTIN IN THE WHITE HOUSE. EXPECT MARTIAL LAW AS HILLARY CLINTON SAID IN HER LATEST BOOK. EVEN JAMIE DIAMOND CEO OF JP MORGAN CHASE IS AT RISK. THIS IS EXTORTION. TRUMP CANNOT GIVE THEM AID AND COMFORT. THAT IS THE BEHAVIOR OF AN INSURRECIONIST...AS YOU IMPLIED THESE ACTS ARE A COUP. JUST ASK MITCH MCCONNELL. IF YOU ARE INHERENTLY NOT LIKE THAT, THAT IS LIKE SAYING, WELL, WE CAN'T MOBILIZE AND FIGHT AGAINST HITLER BECAUSE WE DON'T BELIEVE IN WAR, WE ARE "GOOD PEOPLE." YOU STAND UP TO A BULLY AND TAKE HIS POWER AWAY FOR THE SAKE OF THE INNOCENT.

Just War Theory states that going to war is considered morally permissible only when there is a "just cause," meaning the war is fought for a morally justifiable reason like defending against aggression, protecting innocent lives, and is considered a last resort. MAGA TACTICS ARE WARFARE FOR NO JUST CAUSE EXCEPT TO MAKE MONEY AND GAIN POWER. THE POWER THEN IS USED TO DESTROY, KILL AND STAY IN POWER AND HARM AMERICANS. NOT WHEN THEY THINK IT'S OK THAT MUSK AND 6 YOUNG MEN HAVE PUT EVERY AMERICAN AT RISK BY COMMITTING THEIR HACKING CRIMES IN THE PAYMENT SYSTEM OF THE TREASURY DEPARTMENT- UNAUTHORIZED, ILLEGAL, CRIMINAL.  THEY BREACHED ALL OUR SECURITY SYSTEMS BY HAVING ACCESS TO OUR SS#s. People spend millions to secure identity. MUSK/TRUMP/LACKEYS blew that apart on Sunday.

Caroline Kennedy has IDENTIFIED in the Robert F. Kennedy Jr. Nomination, Trump's Warped Administration: Soul Sick, Unfit, Amoral, Emotionally Challenged

 

 

Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg has shown great courage in speaking out against her cousin Robert F. Kennedy Jr.  The son of the assassinated Robert Kennedy slavishly contacted the criminal insurrectionist after Kennedy Jr.'s failed bid against the felon. Kennedy Jr. bowed and kissed the ring. And because of his talents as a liar, cheat, scammer, with questionable ethics, who the insurrectionist felt was similar to him, has been nominated to be in charge of American lives, heading up the Department of Health and Human Services which is connected intimately with Big Pharma. Though Kennedy Jr. has talked against Big Pharma to a point, leading the unsuspecting to believe he will stand against noted corruption in the medical industrial complex, he cannot be trusted.

Robert Kennedy Jr. talks out of both sides of his mouth. He was involved with Riverkeeper (click on "Riverkeeper" for the link), but turned it toxic. What he says and does following Trumpies and MAGAS' behavior, are abjectly hypocritical. KKK Evangelicals, for example, "patriots" stormed the Capitol, and beat and assaulted 140 Capitol police officers who were protecting lives and doing their jobs. Officers were maimed, blinded and tazered and many of them had to retire. Officer Brian Sicknick was killed. Other officers committed suicide out of being traumatized or another reason not investigated.

The insurrectionist's "Christian" mob had Jesus signs. Christ never advocated murder. But the insurrectionist told white supremacists to "fight" after lying that he won the election which 60 court cases, the Supreme Court and Chris Krebs said was false (the insurrectionist immediately fired him for not being loyal). AG Barr said the insurrectionist's claim that he won the election was "BULLSHIT." AG Barr was forced to resign for not bowing and kissing the insurrectionists *&S and agreeing hat he won.

Hypocrisy is a talent MAGAS and the insurrectionist employ. They brainwash themselves, lie, cheat, steal and kill  (character assassination, or with incompetence and dereliction as they did WITH COVID).

Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg's comments revealing why her cousin is unfit for the position are a telling moral imperative. Read them below and see the video by clicking on the link. I would suggest that in every one of the 2X impeached criminal insurrectionist's picks is a similar childhood manifesting moral unfitness, soul sicknss, and severe emotional debility. The stressful positions that any of these insurrectionist supplicants hold require moral and emotional strength, intelligence, experience and knowledge of the government. They have not been selected for merit. They have been selected to feather the nests of billionaires, MAGAS in a blatant display of cruelty and suicide. Eventually, the greed that overwhelms kills the greedy with its own terrors.

 The criminal surrounds himself with such individuals.They easily comply as do billionaires who are morally similar, soul sick, unfit and emotionally challenged. Section 3 of the 14th Amendment: My letters to Maryland Democratic Representative Jamie Rasking and others

 

About two weeks ago, I wrote a letter to Maryland Democratic Representative Jamie Raskin about identifying to the nation the disqualification of Donald Trump as president according to Section 3 of the 14 Amendment. I couldn't post the letter in an email because AI said my Zip Code was wrong and it was in a feedback loop with the same error message. So I called his office and left a message.

I also emailed New York Senators Chuck Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand as well as other senators on the Judiciary Committee, for example Maise Hirono and Jon Osoff to name a few. The letters I wrote them follow the body of the letter to Representative Raskin. Their letters went through. His did not. See below for what I wrote with some variation considering the senator or representative. Here is an example of the letter I wrote to Raskin, whose core I followed throughout to the other senators and representatives.

Dear Representative Raskin,
Thank you for your service to this nation and standing up to your oath of office in defending the constitution against Donald Trump.  I have seen your endeavors and applaud them as you stood with your other colleagues to hold the felon to account. You have been courageous, and despite death threats have safeguarded the nation against the domestic violence the criminal would perpetrate. It is egregious and conspiratorial that his own party did not convict him  of high crimes and misdemeanors, when he fomented the January 6th insurrection where Brian Sicknick and other Capitol police and a woman lost their lives because of Donald Trump's attempted coup to overthrow the election of 2020.

Republican senators in an act of disloyalty to the constitution and infirmity and dereliction of their oaths put loyalty to Donald Trump over the constitution. Despite Senator McConnell's admission that Donald Trump fomented a violent insurrection, he left it up to the courts to hold him to account. We have seen a feckless DOJ that delayed in moving to swift justice and here we are. The criminal has defrauded the nation in an compromised election (https://smartelections.substack.com/p/strange-numbers).  Experts and investigative reporters (not on MSM) have reported on this. To avoid accountability, Donald Trump launched himself with the help of billionaire Elon Musk, "True the Vote," lackeys, foreign interference, voter role purging, ballot dumping, bomb scares and a myriad of other ways back into the White House. Once he lies on his oath swearing in at the inauguration, he, will create untold and unimaginable havoc and destruction that will not be mitigated. It will be too late. 

Democratic Representative William J. Pascrell, Jr. who first spoke about the Disqualification Clause of the Constitution (section 3, 14 amendment. He sadly passed away August 21, 2024.)

The fraudulent election has placed full power in the hands of the MAGA/Republicans. With his cabinet selection of like minded loyalists to him and Putin compromats, the checks and balances of government will be removed and there will be little Democrats can do to stop him.

The swearing in of a criminal insurrectionist will be a vitiation of the constitution and a treasonous act in itself if he is not stopped beforehand by Congress. The House and Senate will be guilty of a gross dereliction and illegitimacy in not holding him to account under section 3 of the 14th amendment.

Under section 3 of the 14th amendment, no insurrectionist can hold office. In the Colorado case Anderson v Trump, the Supreme Court left it up to Congress to confront the criminal and traitorous Putin asset. Please help to support the endeavor of your colleagues with an Amnesty Bill, begun in the Senate. With such a bill  the House and the Senate with a 2/3 vote in each would once and for all either remove the disability of his insurrection, or would keep it, disqualifying him from taking office. The constitution would be upheld and not dismissed or ignored in a blatant act of treason by Congress in not upholding their oaths of office. 

Not to do this is a dereliction of duty. It would mean that Democrats are not upholding their oaths of office that they swore to do to defend the constitution.  Not to take up an Amnesty Bill would be complicit with a criminal who would destroy our nation that President Biden has brought out of the darkness of the former Trump years with Democratic efforts. 

Trump felt that VP Pence deserved to be threatened with assassination on January 6th

The American people would support this action and look forward to Trump being held to account. Indeed, thousands are depressed at the election results because they sense that the criminal felon defrauded them in a compromised election. They voted for Kamala Harris because he  is unfit for office based on his character, his behavior and all the proof and evidence these past years (the COVID-19 botch job alone killed thousands of Americans). However, the worst is he is illegitimate and is not capable of fulfilling his oath to the constitution to defend it against his own pernicious lusts or the wicked designs of a foreign adversary, i.e. Putin and others. Fomenting the January 6th insurrection is the greatest evidence of this  dereliction, incompetence and perniciousness.

The moral imperative is clear. Please act with your fellow members of Congress to initiate and support an Amnesty Bill that would once and for all uphold section 3 of the 14th amendment and either pardon or disqualify Donald Trump from office.

Encouraging you in this endeavor and may God bless and give you the continued strength and courage to do your job.

They did not act. They missed the opportunity that will not come again after Trump lies on his oath and the constitution is vitiated because an insurrectionist will be in office. In one fell swoop, we will see that no politician in this nation can uphold their oaths to the people, the constitution and the nation. Thus, they disqualify themselves. Putin will have won in the final overthrow of the rule of law in the former United States. The rest is a charade for show. Do not expect any election to be free and/or fair. Expect Trump and Republicans and their cronies to effect it so that they control for the next 5 decades, or more.  With their lack of due diligence and negligence, Democrats have finalized the coup begun and continued since January 6, 2020.
