Weaponizing the DOJ, DELUDED MAGA Prosecutor Robert Hur Defames Biden, an Agent Hack of the Trump Candidacy

President Biden is innocent of wrongdoing. There is nothing to indict Biden on. That was proven after he immediately turned over documents the moment he found them in his garage. Trump is crooked, like former Republican President Nixon, who admitted guilt publicly and who President Gerald Ford pardoned because Nixon was guilty. But Nixon's corruption pales in comparison to Trump's criminality. Trump is twice impeached, 4X criminally indicted by Grand Juries (24 American citizens for each indictment). Nixon was accountable. He admitted he was guilty.

Trump retained documents at Mar-a-lago. He had no intention of giving back the documents that are US property, not his. The FBI had to rip the boxes from Trump's possession. They ripped them from Trump, after he hid them and obstructed justice and covered it up because he wanted to keep them. His theft, obstruction and cover up is in violation of criminal law. Clearly, he did not want to hand over Top Secret documents (some had nuclear secrets) and highly classified material that he should not have kept. Furthermore, he kept them unsecured in a public place. Any foreign adversary could rummage through the boxes and make photographic copies of their contents. Trump is criminally indicted and he is going to trial. One of the questions Special Prosecutor Jack Smith is checking is whether Trump used the documents corruptly to get money. The trial may reveal this.

ROBERT HUR'S REPORT EMPHASIZES BIDEN'S AGE, NOT HIS INNOCENCE-WHY?

Biden was never going to trial. But Special Prosecutor Robert Hur mischaracterized this in his report. He suggested that Biden's age was not conducive to testifying before a jury. This is outrageous. It manufactures a lie that sounds like the truth. It isn't. Hur emphasized that his age was why he wouldn't go before a jury. Meanwhile, the evidence they gathered was why there was no crime. If Biden was 50 years old or if Biden was 100 years old, a criminal indictment is what produces a trial. There is no crime, indictment, need for a Grand Jury to even look for crimes. Biden is innocent. Hur's lies of OMISSION are obvious. First and last, he needed to publicly state, "President Biden is innocent of any crimes connected with document retention. President Biden did nothing wrong, the investigation is over. Hur implied Biden's age prevented him from a jury trial. Hur used the special investigation for his and the MAGAS agenda to smear Biden. They did this for Trump.. Hur weaponized his position to produce a MAGA POLITICAL LIE AND DISTORTION BECAUSE BIDEN IS CLEAN. Hur INTENTIONALLY MADE HIM LOOK DIRTY WITH THE UNTRUTHFUL, TWISTED LANGUAGE IN THE REPORT.

MAGA PROJECTION FROM TRUMP ONTO BIDEN

MAGAS project onto Democrats what they are guilty of.  So, Biden's innocence in the release of MAGA Special Prosecutor Robert Hur's report got snowed under by Hur's unprofessional conduct. He MAGATIZED the report. Hur's language suggests Trump influenced the negative characterization of Biden. It also mischaracterizes that Biden might have been on trial...an inaccuracy. It mischaracterizes Biden's memory as poor and describes him as a "well-meaning, old man." The language is used to defame Biden in attack Ads on Social Media. Hur's language is tantamount to CALUMNY. It is political. It is said by the adversary party. It is a weapon to harm Biden. It is obvious that Hur is MAGA. He is supposed to be objective. He was not. Hur is NOT fit for the job. Ask any prosecutor.

TO REPEAT THE OBVIOUS

President Biden is the president of the United States. Hur made an obsequious bow to Trump and MAGAS with his demeaning characterization of the president, A MAGA act, a POLITICAL ACT. Hur denigrated President Biden. He emphasized his age, not his innocence. He suggested jury testimony without stating that was an impossibility. LIES OF OMISSION. Biden COULDN'T GO BEFORE A JURY, BECAUSE THERE WAS NO CRIME. NONE, NADA NIENTE. Hur implied, because Biden was "well-meaning and old and sympathetic with a poor memory," he was not a good witness. WITNESS? FOR WHAT? THERE IS NO CRIME. IS HUR OFF HIS PROFESSIONAL ROLE? He is supposed to be a PROSECUTOR. A crime involves convening a GRAND JURY. If Hur attempted to convene a Grand Jury when there was no crime, Hur would have looked like an idiot. He would have brought so many questions down on his head...questions like, why are you saying there is a crime when there is one? The Grand Jury would have not delivered a TRUE BILL (that a crime was committed).

Biden was and is innocent. Hur mangled the truth and couched it with obfuscations and suggestions emphasizing Biden's age to question his fitness for the presidency. That is totally unrelated to Biden's innocence. But the investigation was a waste of our money. Biden was innocent before Hur was appointed. So Hur used the investigation not to AFFIRM BIDEN'S INNOCENCE. HE USED IT TO AFFIRM HIS AGE AND IMPLIED HE IS UNFIT. Biden is factually his age. Biden's fitness has been proven daily with his policies to benefit the country. Republicans fear Biden will win 2024 like he won 2020. Hur was their lackey to BRAND BIDEN AS OLD AND UNFIT. He is not a DOCTOR. HE ABUSED THE TRUST OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE. HE ABUSED HIS POSITION AND POWER. HE MUST BE CENSURED.

Trump demonstrated a dereliction of duty for three hours not calling the National Guard to stop the Capitol insurrection which he enjoyed watching, cheering on the insurrectionists.

HUR'S CONFLATION OF LIES AND TRUTH  - TO REPEAT

 Hur's mixture of truth (well-meaning, old, sympathetic) was added to "poor memory" and "withstanding trial." Clearly, he used obfuscation, lies of omission and commission to slam and defame Biden politically. This is weaponization BY MAGAS FOR MAGAS. HE MAGATIZED BIDEN. He is supposed to be worthy of his job as a Special Prosecutor. Instead, Hur showed himself as a partisan hack, emasculated by Trump, doing not what the Special Prosecutor job entailed to be objective.  Hur was NOT OBJECTIVE. Instead, he campaigned for Trump with his defamation. He made an advertisement for Trump's candidacy. HIS JOB IS NOT TO BE POLITICAL. IT IS TO BE OBJECTIVE. He was not objective. He was not professional or ethical. He is supposed to be upholding the law. He didn't. Is this what it has come down to? The emasculated whose fear of Trump has taken their courage, their virility to stand for the truth when standing before Trump? Merrick Garland must censure Hur, call him out and state publicly that he, Merrick Garland made a mistake allowing Hur's report to twist and lie and mischaracterize, placing the wrong emphasis on Biden's age. Garland needs to point out that Hur's job is not to BE AN ADVERTISEMENT for Trump's candidacy against Biden. Hur's smear campaign and negative mischaracterization of Biden impacts the DOJ as an institution. The DOJ is supposed to be bi-partisan. Garland has done his best to bend over backward TO PROVE HE FAVORS THE MAGAS. Because of this, MAGAS see him as weak, not unbiased. Hur took advantage using his position to slur Biden, the president of the opposing party. Hur has no respect for the DOJ, Merrick Garland or his own position. 

Hur's report DEMEANS GARLAND THE LAWYERS AT THE DOJ WHO ARE UNPOLITICAL. HUR PROVED HIMSELF UNTRUSTWORTHY.  He abused his position FOR THE MAGA AGENDA. Hur must be censured. Garland has to come clean himself, admit fault and censure Hur's unethical abuse in being Trump's PR ADVERTISER. Hur fell down in his role of Special Prosecutor. That there are OTHER MAGAS WHO ENCOURAGED HIM TO DO THIS AT DOJ IS SHAMEFUL. They must be CENSURED also. PROSECUTORS IN THE US ARE NOT FOR HIRE BY TRUMP. They are unbiased. They are ethical. HUR'S MAGA MISCHARACTERIZATION=MAGATIZED THE DOJ

Trump mischaracterizes and lies. He implies things are what they are not. This is typical Nazi and Russian dictator style brainwashing. Repeat it enough, people believe the mischaracterization. Because Biden is clean, MAGAS search for anything out of fear Biden will win. MAGAS USE MISCHARACTERIZATION AND MISINFORMATION. HUR FOLLOWED THE MAGA LEAD.  Unlike Trump, Biden didn't obstruct justice. Biden gave the documents over the moment he discovered they were in his possession from years ago when his staff secured them in his garage in Delaware. Biden was innocent of the criminal acts Trump is guilty of. However, Hur, in a MAGA act of lies of omission and misinformation, wrapped President Biden's innocence in a Trump hamburger with gobs and gobs of ketchup in a FALSE EQUIVALENCE. Trump is a criminal 4X indicted by Grand Juries. Biden is not. There is no Grand Jury trial for Biden. There have been four Grand Jury trials for Trump. They indicted him 4 times. Trump is going to trial for crimes. He is going to trial FOUR SEPARATE TIMES.

 Hur's report attacked President Biden and slimed him. Hur weaponized and politicized his position as Special Prosecutor making himself useful to Trump's campaign. Clearly, he abused his power by stepping over the line of misinformation, mischaracterization, defamation and calumny. At the top of the report, Hur suggests that Biden is full of himself writing a book, which is why he had the documents. Biden writes books; he is president; presidents have libraries and write books. It comes with the territory. That characterization was ridiculous and uncalled for. Hur in effect is referencing Trump in projection. Trump is the narcissist full of himself. Trump never admits wrongdoing. "I did nothing wrong," Trump states after he commits crimes which he has been indicted for. Biden is not a narcissist. He committed no crimes. If he makes mistakes, he apologizes. Trump NEVER apologizes or TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS MISTAKES.

This is typical of Alzheimer's patients, criminals, and cowards. Trump's father never took responsibility for his mistakes, either. He had severe Alzheimers.

Hur's weaponization of his position for MAGA PURPOSES was AN ABUSE OF POWER.

After pages of unnecessary material at the end of the report, Hur suggested Biden would be a bad candidate for a trial. The projection is obvious. Trump is on criminal trial for document obstruction and cover up. Not Biden. Biden was innocent from the outset of the investigation and Hur knew it. This was a cut and dried case. However, Hur weaponized the DOJ for his own MAGA purposes. He interviewed Biden who obeyed the process. However, Biden was in the midst of the pressure of the October 7th Gaza attack and aftermath. Some of the replies he answered were confused after 5 hours and a long day. And Hur suggests he didn't remember the exact date of son Beau's death or funeral. This is a personal attack on Biden. Biden stated he will never get over Beau's loss and thinks of him every day. That Hur publicly brought it up and put in the report is a cruelty beyond belief.

Hur's lie about Biden not remembering Beau's death out of context and read publicly reveals Hur's sinister and nihilistic process. SINISTER NIHILISM AGAINST DEMOCRATS IS TYPICAL OF MAGAS. IT SHOULD NEVER BE AN ATTITUDE OF A SPECIAL PROSECUTOR. WHEN PROSECUTORS ENTER THE DOJ BUILDINGS TO UPHOLD THEIR JOBS, THEIR POLITICS FALL AT THE DOOR. IF HUR IS INCAPABLE OF DOING THAT, HE NEEDS TO BE CENSURED OR FIRED. IF HE WERE A GOOD MAN, HE WOULD RESIGN AND WORK FOR THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN WHERE HE BELONGS. However, caving to his PERSONAL POLITICS, Hur did the wrong thing. He abused his position of power. He weaponized his position and slimed the DOJ. Biden called out Hur. He is not afraid of Hur or of Trump or of MAGAS. Biden also called out Trump stating Trump has been criminally indicted, while he, Biden, is innocent.There is no equivalence. Furthermore, THE DOJ DID NOT investigate former VP Mike Pence's retention of documents. It was not necessary to investigate. It was obvious there was no crime. Likewise, with Biden there was no crime. BUT THE MAGAS ARE POLITICAL, SCURRILOUS, HATERS AND WEAK WHO ARE EMASCULATED BY TRUMP, MADE EUNUCH. Instead of standing up to TRUMP AND THE MAGAS, Garland caved and called in A MAGA, THE DERELICT HUR, WHO PROVED HIMSELF DERELICT AND NEGLIGENT AS ALL MAGAS ARE. 

Did Garland do the right thing? Or should he have stood up to the DERELICT, WEAK MAGAS? The fact that Garland investigated Biden and not VP Pence reveals GARLAND IS MORE MOVED BY DERELICT, WEAK COWARDLY MAGAS, then his own intelligent, superior Democratic Party. ENOUGH. Trump and Giuliani and various individuals subpoenaed for defamation trials and hearings have stated that "I don't recall." Trump did it hundreds of times in New York where he was on trial (E.Jean Carroll's defamation trial, Letitia James fraud trial over lying about property values). Trump LOOKED AT A PHOTOGRAPH AND THOUGHT E.Jean Carroll was his wife Marla Maples and testified to that at his trial. His poor memory, confusion, babbling at his rallies is legion and legend and smacks of Alzheimer's. The Lincoln Project and Meidas Touch have videos of Trump's severe memory lapses (President Washington at airports, Frederick Douglass being alive, mispronunciation of words, lies, mistakes, drinking bleach and Lysol as a COVID remedy). His confusion and dereliction and negligence during his presidency is on video, is a part of congressional testimony, commission testimony, and it happened daily. HOW IS HE ALLOWED TO BE THE GOP CANDIDATE FOR ANYTHING? FEAR, EMASCULATION OF THE GOP.

Trump's confusion has gotten much worse. Nikki Haley has called Trump out on his confusion as unfit for the presidency. He said she didn't have security present at the "insurrection" (he admitted it was an insurrection, finally). He confused her repeatedly with Nancy Pelosi. Nikki Haley was not in Congress, then. He was one minute talking about Nikki Haley without realizing he meant Nancy Pelosi. AND HE DIDN'T MAKE A RETRACTION TO THE PRESS BECAUSE HE SAYS HE MAKES NO MISTAKE. TALK ABOUT A GOD COMPLEX. THIS IS THE VERY FABRIC OF ALZHEIMERS.

MEMORY LOSS VS. UNFITNESS AND DERELICTION

Mitch McConnell had two mini strokes. Speaker Mike Johnson confused Iraq and Iran, a more severe error than Biden's confusion of the Mexico President's name with the name of the Egyptian President. Name recognition has been a problem for Trump who has repeatedly confused Hungary's leader with Turkey's and has confused other's names. But he knows Putin by heart...as does Tucker Carlson. Making mistakes is one thing. ABUSING ONE'S POWER, DERELICTION OF DUTY (TRUMP DID NOTHING TO STOP INSURRECTIONISTS FROM LOOTING AND DESTROYING THE CAPITOL FOR THREE HOURS-NEGLIGENCE AND DERELICTION OF DUTY) IS ANOTHER.

Hur didn't demonstrate memory loss. He does show dereliction of duty and negligence to his position by being political and not objective. Trump makes mistakes. He is negligent and derelict of his duty by NOT ADMITTING HE MAKES MISTAKES. That is the ATTITUDE OF DESPOTS, KINGS, EMPERORS, CZARS, DICTATORS. THAT IS NOT THE ROLE OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES. THAT IS NOT THE JOB OF THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES WHO MUST BE COURAGEOUS ENOUGH TO ADMIT MISTAKES, FAULTS AND FOLLOWING BAD ADVICE.

Hur abused his position and must be called out on it as a warning to the DOJ PROSECUTORS. Trump must be called out and not voted for, BECAUSE HE CAN'T EVEN RETAIN THE PRESIDENTIAL ATTITUDE TO ADMIT FAULT AND CORRECT. BIDEN ON THE OTHER HAND ADMITTED HE WAS OLD AND WELL MEANING. AND HE ADMITTED HE IS INNOCENT.

TRUMP IS GUILTY, NEVER APOLOGIZES OR ADMITS FAULT. THAT IS NOT THE ATTITUDE OF HIS ROLE AS PRESIDENT. IT IS THE ATTITUDE OF MAGA, IT IS THE ATTITUDE OF THE REPUBLICAN PARTY. Both Biden are Trump are "old" if you compare them to a 40-50 year-old. The problem is, no one of that age is qualified with the experience and wisdom needed to handle the incredible knowledge required for the presidency which Biden has managed thus far. Biden is qualified: his bills exemplify bi-partisanship on inflation reduction, the economy, job creation, infrastructure, taxation, the Border-which the craven GOP House won't pass because they are negligent and derelict. They don't fit the job description and abuse their positions of power by DOING NOTHING. Biden is fulfilling his job position as president. HE IS FIT. THE REPUBLICAN PARTY AND TRUMP ARE DERELICT, UNFIT, NEGLIGENT, LAZY AND WRONG. SO IS ROBERT HUR.

Trump is unqualified as shown from his administration and botch job of COVID, his low job creation, mess of the economy and treason in not following the constitution. His administration was a continuous loop of dereliction and negligence. He allowed COVID to flourish when he could have contained it from spreading to the South. But like everything Trump does, he politicized and weaponized COVID and made it spread hoping the Democrats would be blamed. Like everything he blew it up and it backfired in his face. Trump made a mess of his presidency and never kept his promises. And he lies about it and covers that up.

Garland weapoonized the DOJ to favor the Republicans

Trump has accused Merrick Garland's DOJ of weaponizing against him. Trump blames Biden, a projection of his own weaponization of the DOJ and other agencies during his administration. They had to be restructured and put back in place after TRUMP left them a mess. Trump broke the law; his dereliction and negligence led him to WRONGDOING. HIS WRONGDOING IS AN EXAMPLE OF HIS UNFITNESS FOR THE JOB OF PRESIDENT. PRESIDENTS ACCEPT THE PEACEFUL TRANSFER OF POWER. NEGLIGENTS, INCOMPETENTS, DERELICTS, BUMS DON'T KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BECAUSE THEY ARE UNFIT FOR THEIR ROLES. TRUMP IS UNFIT. HE FANTASIZES AND IGNORES THE REALITY OF THE ROLE OF PRESIDENT BECAUSE HE HAS ALZHEIMER'S.
