Since then, what I surmised about the election being the third time Trump and his minions interfered and cheated to win... others have echoed my sentiments and the sentiments of many online. Greg Palast on the Mark Thompson Show indicated what likely happened. That Mark Elias, the Biden DNC lawyer behind the concession does not consider voter suppression to be election fraud is an abomination. Tell that to the thousands of disenfranchised Blacks that were targeted by 'True the Note,' a nonprofit that Trump supports, designed to purge voter rolls "legally." Greg Palast and others on his show and online have suggested that voter roll purges, voter suppression, bullet ballots, tossed provisional ballots and mail-in ballots have skewed the numbers creating anomalies and giving Trump the popular vote. That in itself, considering Trump's obsession with numbers and his previous record with lying about all kinds of numbers, is suspicious. He was particularly galled that he twice lost the popular vote. The odds of that happening again, not considering fraud, was likely. There was no one more aware of that than Trump, himself. Would he rig an election, what he has accused everyone else doing? You betcha, especially this one, where, if he didn't win, he faced the likelihood of his going to jail. If he won, he would be immune. Jack Smith has since closed the documents case against him.
That said, people are looking at the voting numbers and continuing to see anomalies. Jackie Singh, who is an expert in such matters, is as alarmed as those who know Trump cheated based on his MO and lifetime record, while Mark Elias pushes a weird line, considering Trump's Project 25, that "we can win back the House." Not unless there is a forensic audit, Democrats can't expect the situation to be "normal," because the same will continue to occur and grow worse if there is no recount and investigation. Must we trust Mark Elias's whitewash? He has done a grave disservice to the nation and to his bosses President Biden and Kamala Harris insisting there is no fraud, maybe just some voter suppression which to his mind is not fraud. What planet is he living on? So insisted, a "peaceful transfer of power," is to take place and is in the transitional phase. To anyone watching, the coming violence of the Trump administration is apparent. Of course, it is ushered in by the horrific violence of voter suppression, ballot tossing, bullet ballots, not counting the ballots/votes (provisional and mail-in) of Black voters, largely Democratic voters.

People know the media is lying; that is why thousands have stopped watching and are going to more accurate sources on Social Media like Meidas Touch. It would seem that Elias is whitewashing and Biden and Harris are pandering to keep the peace conceding sanctimoniously with immediacy when a forensic audit is warranted. That hypocrisy alone is a gross violence worse than Jan 6th, which was a proven lie (60 courts found nothing) after recounts, and Trump himself admitted on a number of occasions he lostk (on Joe Rogan-then he reversed himself), was cited by Cassidy Hutchinson in her book that he knew he lost, and more.
Meanwhile, there is no recount suggested, no forensic audit, no hand recount. That is complicity with lies when the election anomalies should be investigated. Few Democrats suggest to even challenge the results. No one on MSM out of fear dares to HINT that Trump cheated. Since when is a forensic recount which Gore did in 2000 being less than above board? So now, we must not appear to be Trumpers demanding recounts? Why are we even conflating the two? No one is advocating marching on the Capitol. I hope this letter finds you well. As the cybersecurity lead on your 2020 campaign, I was proud to contribute to ensuring a secure election process. Today, however, I write to you with grave concerns about the integrity of the 2024 presidential election and the urgent need for a forensic audit to restore trust in our democracy.
Recent reports detail alarming irregularities, including bomb threats traced to foreign sources, breaches of voting system software, voter roll purges, and a surge in rejected mail-in ballots. Together, these issues undermine confidence in the election results. Security experts and election officials have expressed concerns about the vulnerabilities these events expose, with some calling for recounts of paper ballots in key states.
Given these unprecedented challenges, I urge you to consider a comprehensive forensic audit. What the numbers actually say about the 2024 election (Washington Post November 12th)
In what is likely to be the narrowest margin of victory since 2000, Trump probably benefited from those from who stayed home.
These
tendencies are heightened at the moment by President-elect Donald
Trump’s preference for the hyperbolic, a tendency that has permeated the
political right. So his 2024 win is not a referendum on inflation. It
is, instead, a landslide, a sweeping mandate for Trump himself. A
dramatic shift in the electorate itself. Etc.
It isn’t, though. A review of the preliminary voting data, using The Washington Post’s Post Pulse models
of the outstanding vote, shows that Trump’s victory was modest, as was
the likely realignment in the electorate. The story of the 2024 election may turn out to be the changes in who didn’t vote rather than those who did.
It
is likely that, when all of the votes are counted, Trump will have
received about half of the votes cast, beating Vice President Kamala Harris
by about a percentage point. As a function of the two-party vote,
Trump’s popular vote victory — his first — will probably be the smallest
since Al Gore received more votes than George W. Bush in 2000.
His
win is less because of the votes he gained since 2020 (probably about
2.9 million, once all the votes are in) than those Harris lost relative
to Joe Biden’s 2020 total (probably a drop of about 5.7 million). Total
turnout is likely to be down by several million votes, probably
somewhere in the range of what Trump gained.
As
of writing, the drop in turnout is far larger. That’s because several
populous states have votes outstanding, most notably California, where
millions of votes remain to be counted. There are, we estimate, hundreds
of thousands left to count in New York, New Jersey and Washington, too,
as well as smaller totals in a host of other states.
Declines
in turnout will probably be seen in about twice as many states as saw
increases. But while most non-swing states probably saw drops in
turnout, it is likely to be the case that most of the seven swing states
— Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and
Wisconsin — will have seen increases in vote totals. It’s another
indication that the Harris campaign’s intense focus on those states
provided a boost to her candidacy, albeit a fruitless one. (Last week,
we noted that the shift in the presidential vote margin in the swing
states was smaller than other states, which suggests the same thing.)
You
can see below how the vote totals for Trump and for Harris compare with
the major-party candidates’ support in 2020. Every state saw Trump fare
better than Harris, either by losing fewer votes or gaining more. (This
is illustrated by no state being to the right of the diagonal dotted
line.) In Georgia, North Carolina and Wisconsin, candidates gained votes
relative to their party’s 2020 vote total.
It
is not surprising that the biggest shifts since 2020 were in the most
populous states since, well, there are more people there. But it is also
the case that the biggest shifts in vote margin have occurred in
heavily urban areas, a shift that is correlated in part to the gains
Trump saw among non-White voters. The morning after the election, we looked at this pattern, including sharing charts showing how race and population density were linked to the shift in margin.
As
more data have come in, it’s clear that part of what happened is that
vote totals dropped in more-heavily Black counties relative to 2020. On
the chart below, you can see that non-swing-state counties generally had
lower turnout relative to 2020. But as the density of the Black
population increases in counties, those counties are more likely to have
seen lower turnout than they saw in 2020 (indicated by circles falling
below the horizontal line).
Harris
also probably got about the same number of votes from White people but
fewer from Black and Latino voters than Biden did. Trump gained votes
from White and Hispanic voters but, as we noted last week,
probably not from Black voters. Harris and Trump both gained votes from
the wealthiest Americans and both lost votes from those with the lowest
incomes — a group that is more heavily non-White.
None
of this answers every question about the race. We’ll need to wait for
more data (and more thorough assessments of the electorate) before we
can fully understand what happened in the 2024 presidential contest.
What
we can say, though, is that this was not an electoral landslide, but a
narrowly contested race in which Trump is likely to have benefited as
much from who didn’t turn out to vote for his candidacy as who did turn
out to vote for him.
In other words, if you remove/purge voters from the rolls, this statistically shows as fewer people voting. Then voter fraud becomes a question of HOW VOTES ARE CANCELED VIA REMOVAL, SKEWING THE RESULTS.

The street corners are filled with pundits rationalizing how VP Kamala Harris lost to convicted criminal, twice impeached, serial liar and scammer Donald Trump. According to them Trump's "brilliant" landslide campaign gained the male vote, the women's vote, the Latin vote, the Cuban vote, the Black vote, etc., the blue collar vote, the liberal vote, the conservative vote, the billionaire vote, the millionaire vote and other votes not considered in a "label." In other words she has been so badly drubbed she had to concede and step out quietly which made it appear that she "ran the worst campaign in the history of the world," and perhaps had only 10 people at each rally and the rest of the screaming supporters were filled in AI-style, something Trump lied about which clearly was never the case. Her rallies were exceptionally powerful with thousands of supporters. She had a phenomenal mandate and still does.

QUESTION 1.WHAT IS REAL? TRUMP'S TRACK RECORD IS REAL
Who is Trump? Since mainstream media has become like former editor David Pecker's Enquirer, catch and kill offensive or truthful material about Trump, the media promotes his thousands of lies. It is obvious that the pundits are cementing Harris' loss with criticism about what went wrong. All the media with few exceptions bury her with it, like they buried President Biden as old, feeble and unfit. With bias and malice they brainwash day and night (Putin style) loser posts about Kamala, like they defamed Biden for Trump's sake. The media ignored facts about Trump who is in Biden's numerical graduating class. While they meanly calumnized Biden, they didn't give equal time to Trump who is old, incontinent of feces, wears pancake makeup, a girdle, shoulder pads and stumbles up stairs as he is obese and doesn't walk steadily. Also, he wears a hairpiece. Trump answers few questions directly because he can't remember. Instead, he prefers to discuss comfortable topics or make insults, because, like his father, he has advancing senility and Alzheimer's.

WAS THE 2024 ELECTION FREE AND FAIR? YES AND NO
This election was not about equivalent candidates. Kamala Harris, like Joe Biden, before her ran a free and fair election. Harris believes in free and fair elections. She is a patriotic American and as a prosecutor and VP swore to uphold the constitution. She believes in the peaceful transfer of power...if the election is free and fair. She has an impeccable background working in public service and coming from the lower middle class. She is not a criminal. She prosecuted criminals.
Trump doesn't believe in free and fair elections. He only believes in winning by any means necessary. He uplifts dictatorship. He likes Putin's regime of oppressive dictatorship with no human rights freedoms or free and fair elections. Anyone who ran against Putin (Alexei Navalny) as a candidate was stopped, threatened, killed. Putin massively rigs his elections so he wins. Trump loves Putin's rigged elections. He loves Putin and gave him COVID test kits when Americans were dying of COVID. He wanted Putin alive to help him win the next election. Putin has the power to help him win in a landslide. In their relationship, Putin treats him like a child, telling Trump what to do. For example, Trump listened to Putin and withheld aid to Ukraine. Trump listened to Putin and tried to disband NATO, Putin's "enemy." Putin and his people know much more about American government than Trump. Trump is a functional illiterate. Trump has been called "a fucking moron," by Rex Tillerson. The "fucking moron" epithet was shared by most who worked around him in his administration.
THERE ARE TWO ELECTIONS IN 2024
Trump has to win at all costs. January 6th he let rioters and insurrectionists storm the Capitol and threaten the lives of his own party members. Rioters were a minute away from grabbing former Vice President Pence, who they wanted to hang. So the pundits' blame of Kamala Harris in losing because of her "incompetence" can only mean one thing. There are two elections. Harris ran a free and fair election. Trump ran an unfair, rigged election. Kamala played by the rules, Trump threw the rules and laws out the window. He (his party at the county board level in swing states) contorted the results in his favor to win. If Harris won, he would not accept the result and he said it. So, he was not running a free and fair election. His election was crooked so he could win. He could not risk losing. His election had to be rigged and corrupted.
WHY DID TRUMP AND HIS PARTY RUN A RIGGED, CROOKED ELECTION?
Trump had to win by any means necessary. He had to win to pardon himself and toss out all jury trials waiting for him. In power he could make sure Judge Cannon was bribed properly for tossing out his theft of TOP SECRET documents case. He also had to reward Putin with his gift of the US with Putin running the country, under Stalinist Communist Project 25. Trump owes Putin and his oligarchs almost $1 trillion dollars, if you add up the fees and high interest rates. So, he had to win for friend Stalinist Communist dictator Putin's sake. Trump has to do what Putin wants. He will try to gift Putin the US and Europe, and disband NATO. Trump and MAGAS will try to destroy the strength of the US from within. They will try to make the US government a Stalinist Communist government Putin-style.

Professor Allen Lichtman's Correct Presidential Predictions
I think about howProfessor Allen Lichtman got his prediction wrong for Kamala Harris. He correctly predicted 10 presidential elections starting with Reagan. There was one exception, the 2000 election, Bush v. Gore, which he studied as part of a commission. They discovered that Black voters were disenfranchised in Florida. After they wrote voted for Gore. they wrote on the ballot "Al Gore." Writing on the ballot, they disqualified their votes and the ballots were thrown out. This was apart from the hanging chad problem. Lichtman predicted Gore for president in 2000. If the votes were counted as voters intended to vote for Gore, Gore would have won. Did the voters write the name in or did someone at the county level disqualify the votes by writing on the ballots? The GOP rigged the election by disqualifying or counting as disqualified these ballots.
SOMETHING SIMILAR HERE BETWEEN 2000 AND 2024 ELECTIONS
If Lichtman got 2000 wrong because of the messed up ballots, I question his "wrong" prediction of Harris. Most probably the ballots, like in 2000 were messed up or not counted. As I watched Professor Lichtman and his son look over the tabulations and saw alarm and surprise, I wondered. Was their surprise and shock and the surprise and shock of James Carvelle and Michael Moore and others because the numbers didn't add up? They don't. What happened to larger early voting numbers than 2020 and final numbers counted which are way down. The numbers don't add up This needs an investigation. But Kamala is done. Why won't she challenge this election when she kept on and others kept on that she would win? Is she a mental case? She conceded to ELECTION FRAUD in the name of a peaceful transfer of power? And she is a prosecutor. The irony is unbelievable. She ran a free and fair election. TRUMP RAN A CORRUPT, RIGGED ELECTION. THIS MUST BE INVESTIGATED. Kamala must stand by her results and challenge Trump.

And Mueller recommended that Trump be charged criminally and left it up to the senate to impeach him and charge him criminally. Trump was never impeached. He should have been charged with criminal behavior for not running a free and fair election. Russian interference and paying off hush money from campaign funds are crimes that disqualify him because he ran a corrupt campaign. He defrauded the public and Hillary Clinton. His AG William Barr was his lackey. He lied and said he did nothing wrong with Russia and speeded up the investigation. The 2016 election was not free and fair. Trump ran a corrupt, twisted election to win.

Trump tried to disenfranchise millions of voters. Trump still says that Biden didn't win. He made a big mistake on Joe Rogan who caught it when Trump said he lost 2020. Conservative news media picked up the lie and Fox was sued for defamation in stating that Dominion Voting Machines were not secure. Trump was impeached, and he was twice indicted for his defrauding the public and election interference. Trump did not uphold the constitutional guarantee of free and fair elections. He incited his party to reject perfect ballots from their states. He attempted to stop VP Pence from receiving the ballots by keeping him out of the Capitol. He wasn't upset when VP Pence faced an assassination attempt during Trump's insurrection. This is massive fraud and treason. Trump is still criminally indicted. He plans to pardon himself. He lied about all of it and implied it was a "love fest." He does not believe in free and fair elections under the constitution. If he did, he would admit fault and take accountability for his treasonous actions. He won't.
2024 election-Donald Trump has had a Jesus moment.
Trump won. Kamala Harris lost. For 55 out of his 78 nearly 79 years, Donald Trump has been and is a practiced liar and fraud. From his sister doing his homework in HS, and hiring others to do it in college, Trump is incapable of honesty or accountability. He is a cheat, scammer and criminal who lies about his taxes, his worth. He has been bankrupt at least 6 times if not more, but the RNC, Musk, Putin prop him up. He stole from his own charity and it was closed down. He is a sexual predator and adulterer according to many women. Likewise, he scammed subcontractors in his business. He has not had a Jesus moment because he doesn't believe in the constitution. He believes in winning and possibly will kill to win. What happened to Jeffrey Epstein? Some say he was killed. The prison tape is missing. There is a cover up. WE DON'T KNOW. But he and Trump were pederasty and pedophilia buddies for years. Then Epstein got caught. And Trump couldn't take the risk of Epstein spilling on him.

IPSO FACTO BEHAVIOR-Trump is a criminal who behaves like one
Knowing who Donald Trump is, seeing his previous election behaviors, knowing his numerous phone calls with Bibi, his tight relationship with Putin who wants Ukraine under Russian Federation and expects Trump to let him (he already said he would), we understand Trump had a lot to gain by winning. Ipso facto knowing Trump is a scammer, criminal, serial liar, cheat, thief with two elections he wrecked under his belt, in this election, interference happened on a massive scale. And it happened at the ballot source in the swing states and other areas that threatened his loss.
How can I say such a thing without proof? I know who Donald Trump is. I know his motives to pardon himself. I know who Putin and Bibi are. I know their stake in a Trump presidency. For Bibi it's Gaza condos and Palestinian ghettos/refugee camps/deaths. For Putin it's the new Russian Federation with all the Baltics, Poland, etc., as a part of it. For Putin, Ukraine is not a democracy. Trump will try to help him. Trump committed massive election fraud. It's who he is. Snakes crawl on their bellies. It's who snakes are. Do snakes walk upright? No. Does Trump tell the truth and not lie, scam, dupe, trick and bow to God's decency? No. Does Trump reveal humility like Jesus? No. Has Trump thrown off scamming and disenfranchising the voters like he did before? No. Snakes don't walk upright.
THE BLOODLESS COUP, MASSIVE FRAUD
For the Heritage Foundation, the Federalist Society and other think tanks who have been strategizing for years how to control the US government through the Supreme Court, Trump and especially Vance are their operators. OR ARE YOU THE PRESIDENT OF THE 2020 ELECTION? If Biden won and you know he won, why did you foment an insurrection? Why are you calling the insurrectionists patriots? Every presidential candidate before you accepted the peaceful transfer of power based on the electoral college votes, INCLUDING HILLARY WHEN YOU AND RUSSIA CLEARLY BROKE THE LAW AND PUTIN'S RUSSIANS WERE INDICTED FOR ELECTION INTERFERENCE. YOU WERE IMPEACHED FOR FOMENTING THE INSURRECTION. AND YOU HAVE BEEN INDICTED FOR ELECTION FRAUD AND INTERFERENCE. AND YOU HAVE BEEN CONVICTED ON 34 COUNTS OF FINANCIAL FRAUD TIED TO ELECTION INTERFERENCE.

TRUMP MUST BE SUED. CNN MUST BE SUED ALONG WITH THE OTHER NEWS ORGANIZATIONS FOR ALLOWING TRUMP TO IN REAL TIME WITHOUT FACT CHECKING SPREAD CALUMNY, LIES MISINFORMATION. THEY DIDN'T PRESENT INFORMATION FOR VOTERS TO MAKE AN COGENT, RATIONAL DECISION ON THE BEST CANDIDATE. THEY ALLOWED A CONTINUATION OF DISINFORMATION, SLANDER, LIES, CALUMNY AND PROPAGATED LIBEL IN EVERY PRINT FORM THAT PICKED IT UP. THEY DID NOT SERVE THE COUNTRY. THEY SERVED THEMSELVES AND TRUMP. THIS IS CRIMINAL FRAUD AND ABUSE OF THE FOURTH ESTATE, A FREE PRESS WHICH WAS NOT FREE, IT WAS WHOLLY AND COMPLETELY BIASED.
Trump's campaign, before the debate, stated that Trump would face biased
moderators on CNN. Clearly, that didn't happen. In fact in his speech
in Virginia crowing gleefully, Trump said that moderators Jake Tapper
and Dana Bash, had been "very fair." That indicates their bias to Trump. Hannity echoed the same. It is confirmed that the bias against Biden and for Trump was beyond considerable, from the structure to the process and arrangement of questions to the stagecraft, all was twisted to favor Trump.
WHY WAS THIS NOT CAUGHT BY BIDEN'S TEAM? WHO ARE THEY? THEY NEED TO BE FIRED.
A lie is not rational, unless it is employed to cover up the truth which
is damning. Trump's lies are exactly this TO COVER UP. He also lies because he
can't remember what is the truth. However, the video tape remembers and
we have reams of video tape of his lies. Trump's lies try cover up the truth
because the facts damn him. Other lies are complete fabrication. This
is what Trump is. Fantasy. A branding image he must hold on to or fall apart for he is an incredibly weak and broken man. For example, he couldn't visit the soldiers graves in the rain because his comb over would be disarrayed and show his bald spot. He couldn't wear masks because his makeup would come off on the mask and on his face streaking it.
It has gotten so bad, Trump believes the lies; it is
psychosis and Alzheimer's; ask anyone who knows Alzheimer's patients. They live in a fantasy world of their own creation. Reality is far from them. Biden doesn't have lies to believe in. Life has taken his wife and two children and his third son is the object of extreme calumny, defamation and hate because his last name is Biden. Hunter Biden is going to jail but Ivanka Trump who has a conflict of interest with China over $650 million in trade deals, and Jared Kushner who worked in the WH got a $ 2 billion check from killer MBS of Saudi Arabia and they swan around under the MAGAS LIES? EGREGIOUS. Biden is upright. He believes in justice, and still the MAGAS DEFAME HIM AND SAY IT IS A PLOY?

The lies that Trump spoke at the debate and his
proclamations of his "performance" after are clearly evidence of
psychosis. He really thinks he did or didn't do all those things in the
presidency, which he did not. He has lost reality. Furthermore, if he
becomes a dictator president, he will expect everyone around him to lose reality too. Already, the MAGAS AND CHRISTIAN "SPEAKER" MIKE JOHNSON HAS LOST HIS GOD AND ANY SEMBLANCE OF TRUTH. But God hates a liar you say and Satan is the FATHER OF LIES? Yes. I agree these frauds are criminals. FRAUDS DO NOT BELONG IN POWER OR IN THE WH.
Donald Trump stole documents from the American People. He took hundreds of documents, many of them Top Secret. He stored the boxes in his bathroom, his ballroom, his bedroom and other places at Mar-a-lago. The US Archives asked repeatedly for documents they knew he had. Trump stalled and delayed. Why? The average person would think that government property must be returned. This wasn't an oversight, was it? Trump thinks money, advantage, opportunity. He is a criminal. He is corrupt. He has lived his life in corruption. He is not average.
Trump kept the documents intentionally. He ignored the government, stung he lost the election. But after a year, it was ridiculous. One would think he would give up? Finally, after months and months of ignoring the Archives, the FBI was called in and then Trump began to turn over documents. But not all of them. He lied to his lawyer and lied to anyone who questioned him. Meanwhile, his workers, caught on video tape, moved boxes and Trump pretended he turned all of them over. Lying to the FBI and duping his own lawyer? Nothing is beyond him. Fred Trump would be proud? Hardly.
Top Secret and confidential documents could be used by a criminal mind, which Trump has proven he has. Recently convicted in New York City of 34 felonies, his crime family of grifters (conflicts of interest-Jared Kushner who worked in the WH receiving $2 billion from Saudi Arabia on January 6th) committed numerous crimes which the DOJ should investigate, (i.e. Ivanka's trade mark deals with China, Trump receiving $7 million in dark money that was traced, most probably he received much more). These are just a few of his conflict of interest grifts.
Thus, his possession of Top Secret documents that can be copied (does he still possess TS documents...possibly) was something the FBI had to go after and did, confiscating those they could find at Mar-a-Lago. As a result, Trump has been indicted for felony cover-ups and other charges by the Grand Jury. Yes, 24 American Citizens said there is enough evidence that he committed felonies and charged him. Special Prosecutor Jack Smith provided the reams and reams of evidence. Judge Aileen Cannon at random was the justice picked for the case. Cannon has little trial experience.
If one is brilliant and a quick study asking for the help of senior justices in the Southern District of Florida, then she could do a great job. That is not what has transpired.
Judge Aileen Cannon has sat on this case for months and months, as Trump's lawyers come up with ridiculous, frivolous motions that any justice in her position would throw out. Obviously, on the surface, she is out of her depth entertaining these motions and delaying this case indefinitely. Legal scholars, former prosecutors and present prosecutors have indicated that never has such incompetence benefited a potential criminal as hers has. And now that Trump is a convicted felon, never has a justice so benefited a convicted felon as she has. The delay is in service to Trump because he plans to win the election and pardon himself, or some such iteration of details.
Is this an incredible coincidence, on the part of Cannon who demonstrates a lack of intelligence, probity and knowledge of the law? The New York Times recently reported on information that two Justices warned her off this case before she took it. They told her she should pass it up; in effect she lacked the knowledge and experience to handle it. Well, her ego denied them and she took it and has proven them correct on one level. She is clueless about what to do. Abjectly clueless. At least, stupidity is what the American voters hope. If she is corruptly serving Donald Trump, a convicted felon, by delaying the trial, then she, herself, has been tainted and is a potential felon conspiratorially defrauding the voters from making an informed decision about a candidate who is a criminal in this case as well as the NY case.
I am not a pundit with legal knowledge. However, I do know the convicted felon who is on the other side of Judge Cannon's desk. I understand his MO. He delays all cases he has ever been faced with. People have sued him civilly. What did he do? Delay with motion after motion as a legal tactic. He has been sued probably the most of any defendant in the history of civil lawsuits. Usually, without the commensurate money to answer the motions, the plaintiffs retreat and give up. In a few instances, i.e. his grifting University scheme, he ran afoul because of the class action. There was enough money to challenge him. He ran up enough money to bring the case to trial so he had to settle and Trump University a scam and fraud closed down. He got off easy with $25 million, when the plaintiffs lost a whole lot more.
However, civil suits be damned. This is a criminal case. The tricky problem has been that in this instance, he can't rely on the plaintiff to scream uncle, because it is a criminal case. So. What is the next best thing? Taint the Judge. Perhaps, you may believe that incompetence and unfitness is a weapon that has somehow caused Cannon to stumble and delay indefinitely this case because she is proud, arrogant and an infirm spirit has convinced her she "can do it."
NOPE! Regardless, she is not unilaterally acting on her own. She has sworn an oath to uphold the constitution or she is worth nothing as a justice. At the least, she must recuse for the sake of the American people who require evidence of Trump's criminal behavior, if it is indeed criminal behavior. They must make an informed decision about whether he should even be a candidate for the presidency. Informed decision. I want to know if he is guilty of the felony crimes he is charged with! That will help me make an informed decision, giving him the benefit of the doubt. The fact that he has even been charged is enough for me, plus the 8 year track record he has left in public service, plus his criminal track record he left in New York.
But for some who believe Trump as pure as the driven snow, they especially need to know if a jury would convict him on the evidence and case Special Prosecutor will present. Well, Cannon is depriving them of hearing the evidence. She is depriving them of information they need to make an informed decision. She is standing in the way of justice. Her delay is tantamount to obstruction of justice in the service of Donald Trump who wishes justice be delayed and then prevented if he obtains the presidency.
Justice Cannon belies her name. She is neither a judge with probity or sanctity; she is derelict, unfit, negligent and a disgrace. And that is a positive. She is possibly a criminal obstructing the very justice she is supposed to uphold. This is dire. She an employee of the federal government is reprobate. She must be removed, impeached, or outright thrown out for incompetence, or criminal obstruction of justice.
There is a moral imperative here. The American voter. Who is Cannon to favor Trump over the average American voter who wants to know whether a jury will find Trump guilty of the charges he has been indicted for (37 felonies)? I question Aileen Cannon's motives outright. If she is in the service of the American government, the federal system who brings in her paycheck, she is beholden to the government, not Donald Trump who put her on the bench.
She is not behaving like a Justice. She is Donald Trump's servant, his judge and jury as William Barr was Trump's lawyer. Cannon has been seduced to do his bidding. That is the only conclusion one can reach. If it is not so, then she would seek information from senior justices who know what to do and how to handle the case. She has not. No justice who has a law degree is that stupid. Arrogant, perhaps, but even arrogance presupposes the fear that she will go down in history looking like the stupidest justice ever to be on the bench. Or worse, she would fear being a fraud herself, masking her corruption by pretending to slowly look at every minute detail of Trump's motions.
What does Trump always do when he needs something someone has? He compromises individuals who have the "goods" on him. He throws money at them. Or he throws something at them that they may want. In this instance, he may have thrown the promise of a Supreme Court Justice position. MSNBC host Lawrence O'Donnell has voiced his opinion on this and believes that Cannon hopes for this. I think it is more than hope. I think she behaves as if a deal has been made and voiced. Of course, Trump must win the election to give her her SC position forcing either Thomas and/or Alito to step down.
However, Trump won't win, despite all the puffery and lies coming out of the lying, fraudulent RNC. Cannon has made a fatal error that will only backfire in her face, ultimately. Either she corrects her position and set trial dates or she will be ousted and shamed worse than any justice in the history of US jurisprudence. That is the Trump effect: shame, humiliation, loser status, career destruction and uncool infamy.
What seems to have happened is Trump somehow has leaked through someone else what he is willing to do for Justice Cannon. Or he could have called her up on a burner phone and made her an offer. He has a habit of calling folks up, i.e. Brad Raffensburger, Secretary of the State of Georgia. And he has called up countless individuals including other secretaries of state, and those he lured who now have been disbarred to do what he wanted, which inevitably is to break the law. Trump has a history of law breaking. He makes Richard Nixon's criminality look like child's play.
Trump is a convicted felon. He is a proven fraud, a liar, a cheat, a thief and an insurrectionist, who intends to be president. Not for the good of the American people, but for the good of Trump, Putin and others who have given him dark money. As president he can pardon himself, and attempt to unilaterally abolish the DOJ, Congress and every US agency. He is psychotic and beyond dangerous to this nation. Not on our watch.
I suggest that Cannon is not as dumb as she appears. She is conspiring with Trump. There are those who know what is going on. For the good of the nation, I pray that they come forward. This act alone will further give the American people an understanding of what the criminal candidate is. This information will show how corruption, fraud, lies and the seduction of quid pro quos, which are illegal, Trump has used to thwart justice before and is probably doing now. Cannon who may have had a pure heart has become like other judges who have lied and steal and are corrupt, i.e. Thomas, Alito, Roberts, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh. These, in the service of Harlan Crow, Trump and others pervert justice and make her dance over hot coals, then laugh and laugh at the silly American people, who believe in a just God and believe that justice arrives right on time. It does on our watch when we call down the wicked powers that keep these people brainwashed and heavily laden under spiritual evil.

May whistleblowers come forward with information about Trump and Cannon's dark agreements. May Trump's lawyers, if they know or find out, come forward. The country is at stake. The American people must have the knowledge to make an informed decision about Trump. Delay is not yielding the truth. It is fraud and Cannon, one who is supposed to deliver justice impartially, is even more of a fraud than Trump. Such negligence is criminal, if indeed, she is negligent and unfit for this case. I think she is smart enough to have been compromised and that will fall to her account. Trump will not be president. Not on our watch. However, Cannon is an important example of corruption and how Trump turns others to do what he wants.
A justice is supposed to deliver a speedy trial to expose the innocent. In the case of Trump, it is safe to say he is guilty or he would never delay the trial. He has encouraged, influenced, pressured, swayed, hoodwinked or seduced with a quid pro quo. Cannon, in dereliction of duty, has answered his call to delay. She is obstructing justice, ipso facto via her indefinite delay of the trial. The result proves what has happened.
Her very actions of bias prove her a fraud justice who Trump, as he is wont to do, has obviously compromised. If you tell me she's a Christian, like Speaker Mike Johnson, then I'll know where her ethics come from. Not God. If she is truly the stupidest justice who ever lived, then other justices should be able to move her and give her counsel. If she has spurned them, then she has proven herself a conspirator with Trump. SHE MUST BE OUSTED AS A DANGER TO THE COUNTRY. HER BEHAVIOR IS OF MOMENT AND EXTREMELY HARMFUL SHE AND TRUMP ARE A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER. SHE MUST BE CONFRONTED AND NOT ALLOWED TO CONTINUE UNTIL SHE IS MADE TO LISTEN TO SUPERIOR, OLDER, KNOWLEDGEABLE JUSTICES TO BE ADVISED ON THIS CASE. IF SHE CAN'T OR WON'T, THEN CLEARLY, SHE IS COMPLICIT WITH TRUMP AND MUST BE REMOVED.
She cannot remain. Not on our watch.
Not to confront her is to be complicit in her perversion of the justice system via dereliction of duty and/or corruption. IT DOESN'T MATTER WHICH. BOTH YIELD THE SAME RESULT; THE DELAY HAS BECOME AN OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE. CANNON OBSTRUCTS THE TRIAL, COMPLICIT WITH TRUMP LAWYERS WHO TOSS HER THE BALL WHICH SHE KEEPS SPINNING IN THE AIR. She is stopping the American voter from learning the truth about Trump. She demeans the voters, the DOJ, her fellow justices and the American experiment of which neither she nor Trump are worthy.
She will not hold. Justice is served and Trump is going to jail. Anything less is injustice and obstruction of justice the very crimes for which Trump has been charged by Jack Smith. Enough of Cannon. She intends to continue to obstruct with her delay? No! Not on our watch. Senior Justices must call her in and correct her, or Jack Smith must send the case up to the Court of Appeals.
