GOP LIES, PUTIN PROPAGANDA THAT TRUMP, FLYNN, BANNON AND FOX NEWS VOMIT DAILY IS REJECTED BY US VOTERS

 

Every political official who doesn't loudly speak out to reject the insurrection on January 6th must be sued or must resign. They are not fit to receive their salaries.

Voters have spoken. The billions of dollars the GQP donors have spent over the Trump years have been wasted. When the donors both domestic and abroad (Putin, MBS and others) have thrown billions into the GQP campaigns and Trump whose 2016 win was engineered by Russian interference (including putting up faux candidates like Jill Stein) are overcome by the vast majority of US voters with their small contributions. The US voters want decency, kindness and neighborly values expressed by the people who represent them. They want to know that their representatives show care and concern about issues that most affect them: healthcare, social security, college debt loan forgiveness, the Main Street economy and tax breaks for them.

After President Obama lost the Mid Terms in 2010, his social agenda to help the people was wiped out. The GQP spread lies about him and his family. Daily he received death threats. QAnon gradually gained followers spreading lies that Hillary and pedophiles in Hollywood drank children's blood and ate children's flesh. This was the set up of propaganda conspiracy that helped set up the 2016 defeat of Hillary Clinton and the rise of the QAnon and election deniers who rallied around the 45th president, the worst in the history of our nation.

Minority leader Kevin McCarthy must speak out and condemn QAnon violence and the insurrection engineered by Donald Trump or be sued. He is not fit to be the leader of the House if he is derelict of duty and doesn't work to pass the bills put forth by Democrats to help Americans. If he denies the result of the 2020 election, he must be sued in a massive class action lawsuit by Democrats to oppose his attempt to disenfranchise citizens of the privilege to vote.

 If one checks on the lies spread, they reach back to Russian Military Intelligence and Putin's war on democracy using massive propaganda. The culmination of this is evidenced in the Mueller Report when Robert Mueller indicted 13 troll farms and agencies with ties to the Kremlin. These agencies worked 24/7 to overthrow US democracy with the complicity of a compromised Donald Trump who they installed. Trump worked from the inside to subvert democracy and destroy all of US ties to other democratic nations.

Under Trump national security was threatened again and again through his dereliction of duty with COVID, a global pandemic that the US usually would lead on. Thus far the US has the greatest number of deaths for a first world country...(1 million 100,000 +). Trump and Republicans should be sued for dereliction of duty in exacerbating those deaths by doing nothing early on when they knew COVID was ravaging in China. Instead, Trump used a health crisis as a political football and the American people as his pawns, causing a great number of elderly deaths in New York that he rallied his MAGA followers to blame on former Governor Cuomo. 

Everyone (2/3 of the voting public) now knows that a large percentage of people with COVID in the population will kill seniors first. Trump was derelict. He lied, people died. He lied about nursing home deaths which are now the greatest in Red States, which lie about their numbers. One of the greatest frauds in the last decade has been enacted by Red State deaths of seniors; they killed and kill their own voters in a massive dupe job. If they are at fault, they blame everyone but themselves. They they no one realizes they are accountable. We have learned We are legion. They are frauds and fakes. Trump turned blamed nursing home deaths on Cuomo, not on his dereliction of duty in not stopping COVID early on which increased COVID in the population exponentially. Trump and Republicans lied; my friends and your friends died. They deserve nothing, least of all their salaries, secret service security, healthcare benefits. Their fraud stinks in the nostrils of the living God.

These congressmen and senators must be sued for supporting Donald Trump's coup. They are election deniers and don't support the constitution and are disenfranchising Democrats by lying about the 2020 election to make Trump happy. They are unfit to serve. If they oppose the Biden win and think it was fraudulent, they should have resigned in protest. They didn't because they know he won. They tickle the ears of QAnon believers and lie.

Trump's lies, his dereliction of duty, his taking 150 golf trips to work his business interests instead of working for the American people and his $2 trillion in tax breaks for billionaire friends of his made US voters so stressed and sick, they voted for Joe Biden in a landslide (defined by Trump in the previous election) with almost 8 million won in the popular vote.

Trump wouldn't admit he lost nor allow a peaceful transfer of power. He amassed his QAnon followers and illegal militia through Flynn, Bannon, Alex Jones, Roger Stone and funded by the likes of Robert Mercer and they raided and mobbed the Capitol in the worst domestic attempt to overthrow the American people, the US voter, who they attempted to disenfranchise. The United States is not a third world country. The GOP did nothing after the initial week when they spoke out against Trump. They did not censure him or rebuke him. They refused to even acknowledge his behavior as an attempted coup.

Rudy Guiliani should be indicted for his part in attempting to overthrow the constitution and stop the peaceful transfer of power by spreading lies and actively encouraging violence at the Capitol during the rally held there on January 6th. He must be disbarred.

For their silence and Trump's bombast and dangerous actions, the US voter has censured them in the 2022 Mid Terms. They have supported decency, kindness, peace, gun control, healthcare for Americans, Social Security, Medicaid, Medicare and social programs to help the middle and lower class. Only if all are considered can our society be prosperous. But the voting public's job is not done. We have seen the hell at our doorstep in the form of starvation, homelessness, sickness bankruptcy caused by for-profit healthcare (we are the only first world country with it) and violence where the uneducated, and those vulnerable emotionally to lies pick up guns to shoot their neighbors believing "Civil War" is coming. They need to wake up. The Civil War never stopped. Racists, bigots and others have been oppressing women and those of color since the end of Reconstruction.

However, slowly this war will die out. Education, prosperity and true democracy where everyone's vote is not gerrymandered, but every vote is counted will stop it. When billionaires pay their fair share and teachers are not treated like the scum of the earth and the likes of Herschel Walker and criminal Donald Trump are not praised to the skies, then the mental Civil War that erupts in violence sometimes, will end.

Donald Trump has endangered our national security, a compromat of Vladmir Putin. Mueller proved this but William Barr stopped any indictment of Trump and prevented the Mueller Report from being read or digested by US voters. The more knowledgeable ones eventually read it. It's there in black and white. Putin has inspired Trump to be a despot and encouraged him in a wide-ranged conspiracy getting Trump to commit crimes against the American people in defrauded them twice during elections which persists to this day in refusing to say he lost. The American people reject him, Putin, Putin's genocide. Those vulnerable to QAnon lies think otherwise.

The GOP's silence against hatred of those of color and those who would seek asylum here must end. The GOP's wooing the most uneducated, miserable, unprosperous and stressed out of our population must stop. The American voters will not be disenfranchised by a violent coup engineered by a criminal who must be put in jail for endangering our national security. The GOP must support his indictment and speak out against the lies, admit their complicity. If they don't they must resign. We must not pay the salaries of a derelict Republican party who does nothing for the majority of the US, but only do for 400 billionaires as their constituents, then play off the American people to divide and conquer them.

Joe Biden has said he is president of all the people in the nation including Republicans. QAnon (Russian Military Intel based) is not worthy of citizenship. They are not worthy of the privileges to be a citizen. If they disagree with what's happening in their lives, there are so many charitable groups they can either start or help to form to make things better. First, they must educate themselves and read and investigate to discern a lie from the truth. If they are Christian, this should be easy. They have the spirit of Christ within and know a violation of the first two commandments is not of God. Lying is not of God. Trump and the GOP support lies, exaggeration and propaganda. This can be researched. Just look at different news channels and compare them.

Meanwhile, American voters must force the GOP to speak out loudly against the un-democratic elements that want to destroy our country. If they can't see to do that, they cannot represent this nation. They must be censured and called out and as I have stated before, election deniers must be sued. Why are we paying their salaries, their pensions, their healthcare if they don't believe in our constitution, yet intend to benefit from taxpayers hard earned dollars. Why are they being paid for doing nothing to help everyday Americans? This must stop.

Silence is Consent: GOP Dereliction of Duty Calls For Class Action Lawsuits by Citizens Who Elected Biden

Very simply, the GOP's silence about Trump/Putin's violent white nationalists' attempted takeover of the Capitol on January 6th is tantamount to treason. The Capitol with both houses of Congress represents the nation. Donald Trump in a 7 prong strategy with members of the House, Senate, illegal militia, and Trump QAnon supporters refused to accept the overwhelming landslide vote for Joseph Biden in the 2020 election. Every attempt to overthrow the peaceful transfer of power as was engaged by Trump, Steve Bannon, Mike Flynn, Alex Jones, Rudy Guiliani, Sydney Powell and others (treasonous organizers in law enforcement and the military-Flynn's brother) failed. Thus, they decided to use armed puppets who stood by waiting for the order to attack the Capitol. They were to take possession of the building and stop the certification of the vote by Vice President Mike Pence. Trump owned Tony Oronte and other Secret Service almost drove the VP far away so he would maybe never certify the vote.

Donald Trump did not decry the mob at the Capitol on Jan 6th from their chants to hang Mike Pence. He supported the violence ("let them in with arms; they won't harm me). He supported killing Mike Pence because Pence stood in his way. He is not only treasonous, he agrees with murdering anyone who stands in his way. Legally, this is hard to prove. Morally, by Biblical cannon of the Ten Commandments, this is evident based on his thoughts, his comments and his current actions which are pushing #thebiglie that Trump won the election, not Biden. As long as Trump is "free," all Democrats in positions of power are in danger. Indeed, all the GOP if they don't bow to Trump's every whim are in danger.

By not holding Donald Trump accountable, the national leaders of both parties are in danger. The criminals who support Trump, who are willing to commit violence for him are enemies of the United States. First, Trump and his key players must jailed. Trump from thieving from the treasury to stealing Top Secret documents and attempting to still steal the election has proven he is an enemy of the United States. He and the other players should be either deported or sent to jail.

The interference with certifying the election is a federal crime. Adhering to Donald Trump's psychosis in fraudulently claiming he won when he knows he lost, reminded of it 150 times (a minimum count) is a federal crime. It is a fraud. It is treason. It is a rejection of Federal Statute by those who understand what they are doing as representatives of that statute. To reject the Constitution is a willful, premeditated dereliction of duty. Immediately, all those in government who rejected the law should have been ousted from government via the 14th amendment. They are the enemy of the United States. They committed treason and commit treason now by being election deniers or staying silent when they know the truth.

President Joseph Biden has proven his worth. He won 2020. He instituted Inflation Reduction, brought oil prices lower,  brought down drug costs, created jobs, beefed up infrastructure. The GOP voted down everything thing he's done. They intend to reverse the benefits he brought to average Americans.

Donald Trump and his followers have time and again proven themselves the enemy of the United States. It is enough they take money from Vladimir Putin who compromises them in the most crass way. Indeed, they don't believe in democracy. They believe in their will in a confused acceptance of despotism employed by Joseph Stalin, Adolph Hitler and Mao, all of whom killed their citizens in massive genocides.

The GOP supports the enemy of the United States, Donald Trump. Trump puts self and his own interests above the American people. To engineer or as Liz Cheney stated to SUMMON a 95% white male group of potential assassins to go after congress and importantly the Vice President Mike Pence to stop the peaceful transfer of power is treason and premeditated assassination. To not decry Trump's actions but to support them with silence is also treason and complicity.

Trump did not decry the chants to "Hang Mike Pence." This is an attempt on the Vice President's life because he didn't do what Trump wanted. Mike Pence obeyed the constitution and certified the vote. Trump's support of his VP being assassinated ("Maybe he deserves it.) is not rhetoric. It is an extortionate threat by Donald Trump who is an enemy of the United States and the US Constitution. As an enemy, she must be put indicted, put on trial (if feasible) or deported.

The GOP is attempting to destroy the government of the United States. The GOP intends to use the Federal Treasury by holding it captive, to make United States citizens their slaves by eradicating every beneficial program which citizens use to survive. The GOP wish to impoverish citizens, by duping and conning their supporters to keep them in power, the bulk of which are also impoverished, has been their plan. Their big donors are few. With them they can't win an election in numbers. However 400 Think Tanks run by legal minds have effected a way to control and take the United States hostage duping voters into thinking they have a voice. 

The GOP (historically from Nixon-a key traitor to Reagan, Bush, Bush Jr., Trump) have attempted to take power for themselves and eradicate the two party system using QAnon and Putin's propaganda tricks to dupe Americans to believe lies. In the past, they have taken the federal treasury money from those who need it the most to steal it for themselves with tax breaks so billionaires pay no taxes into the federal treasury. Citizens United has helped them in this by allowing the Saudis and Putin to ply money into the GOP campaigns. 

GOP congressmen and senators who in December refused to certify the vote. They are still committing treason by denying that Joseph Biden is president. They should resign. Why are we paying their salaries and benefits while they defraud us, are derelict of duty and don't even support us, the people who are the government? They must resign and be sued or 14th amendment enforced against them.

But the money they have gotten so far, $two trillion in tax breaks under Trump in 2017 is not enough. If you doubt this, then why is the GOP planning to gut healthcare, Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security and other social programs? They said they would. Where do you think that money will go? Tax breaks for billionaires. Donald Trump who is bankrupt needs more money. It is not enough he has stolen from citizens these past years to front his bankruptcy. If this is not true, then why has he not released his tax returns? Children die, Americans die in the Trump COVID BOTCH JOB, elders die and Trump eats his burgers and sits on gold toilets. This is a third-world dictator. He has trashed the United States and made it manure. The GOP, DERELICT LIKE TRUMP, HAVE BEEN COMPLICIT TRAITORS.

Donald Trump has bilked the treasury in the following ways, supported by the GOP, while those in need are heading to rock bottom.

2)has spent billions of dollars from US taxpayers to take over 100 + golf trips, travel to campaign rallies and more charging 6X the costs of hotel stays at his hotels for the Secret Service. (thus compromising their integrity with lavish treatment)

3)continues to do the above squandering US taxpayers' money on Secret Service stays in hotels. Proclaiming his children as servants of the US government, he charges taxpayers for their Secret Service detail as well.

4)while still president, used the Federal treasury and complicit officials who keep their salaries and benefits to effect an overthrow of the government, thereby using federal funds for treasonous purposes. If even $1.00 was spent to commit treason using our money, then this is a fiduciary crime. That we still pay the salaries and benefits of traitors is a federal crime. These individuals still defraud the taxpayer as the taxpayers' enemies while demanding payment for being their enemies. THE CRAVEN THEFT AND DERELICTION OF DUTY IS BEYOND EGREGIOUS.

5) spends the taxpayers money to transport stolen documents that are Top Secret in the commission of a crime makes the taxpayers complicit in his treason. Making the taxpayers complicit by using their hard won salaries to commit felonies is criminal fraud and extortion. He steals their money and renders them defenseless. That the Secret Service were used as Trump's errand boys to carry the documents that they knew were TOP SECRET makes them culpable. That taxpayers pay their salaries and benefits to this day makes taxpayers guilty in commission of this heinous crime. 

QAnon are vulnerable to lies by politicos. They don't understand the peaceful transfer of power. The Constitution is against despotism, against one man rule (the King) now and forever. Our Constitution allows for the people's power via voting. Our government always rejected despotism  manifested in the horrific one man rule of Joseph Stalin, Vlad Putin, Chairman Mao, Adolph Hitler. They destroyed and killed those who didn't bow to them. Taxpayers who pay taxes must either get their money's worth or sue derelict politicians for redress of grievances. We will not accept one party rule which scams us and lies and give billionaires tax breaks so they don't contribute their fair share to a government they don't support. We must sue the GOP, Trump, et. al for dereliction of duty, theft, criminal fraud.

EVEN THE SECRET SERVICE MEMBERS ARE ACCOUNTABLE FOR KNOWINGLY TAKING TOP SECRET DOCUMENTS OUT OF THE WH FOR HIM. THEY COMMITTED A CRIME AND ARE COMPLICIT WITH HIM. WHY DO WE PAY THEIR SALARIES? WHY DO WE PAY THE SALARIES OF THE GOP WHO DON'T SUPPORT US, DEMOCRACY, THE LAWS, BUT ONLY BOW TO TRUMP?  WE MUST HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE MONETARILY. EITHER THEY BE FIRED OR WE HOLD THEM ACCOUNTABLE THROUGH LAWSUITS OR INDICTMENTS.

The GOP is silent about all of this though it knows Donald Trump's culpability and treason some of which is listed above. They are willfully complicit. They are conspirators. They are derelict of duty. The American people must take action. They must do this, not only voting out election deniers, liars, scamming GOP politicos, but by suing these frauds in civil court for dereliction of duty. Start civilly, then use the criminal investigations against them to go after them criminally. Where are you DOJ? Justice delayed is justice denied.

Chuck Grassley (bullied by Trump, he is no longer a viable senator with integrity) and Kevin McCarthy (he lost his honor as an assemblyman being bulled by Trump) have screamed at the top of their lungs on the failed Fox Fake program that the FBI and IRS are coming with AR-15s to kill small business owners.

This is how Trump tries to stop the FBI. Fear mongering. He can't. This is how Trump tries to stop the IRS. OUTRAGEOUS LIES. He can't stop them from doing their job. They are the rule of law. Biden has undergirded the rule of law which only two years ago Trump screamed "I AM THE LAW AND ORDER PRESIDENT," and rallied cops, and members of the armed forces, the KKK, MAGA WHITE SUPREMACISTS to attack the Capitol with violence and brutality to stop the peaceful transfer of power. 

Trump lost almost 80 times in the courts. His lawyers Sydney Powell and Rudy Guiliani (sued with Fox News by Dominion Voting Systems for lies) are in trouble. Rudy is about to be indicted for lying and committing election fraud and theft and tampering of election data. Dominion Trump's failed coup ended up with 800 + arrests. Trump's failed coup ended up with global TV coverage of Liz Cheney astutely leading the Jan 6th failed coup commission which revealed damning evidence that is being used by the DOJ to indict Trump.

Trump's defense is not in a court of law, sanely, judiciously. No. His defense is to set about baying dogs, senile Chuck Grassley and demented Kevin McCarthy to spew propaganda against Trump's enemies, those who are going to arrest him. Trump is incapable of being sane. He is psychotic and criminal. He whips up his fans to violence (in FBI offices in Ohio and of the IRS). He pressures the radical extremist GQP to support him with lies and propaganda to stop his enemies.

 Does Donald Trump go off and take up arms against them? Nope. He is a coward. Instead, he whips up others to commit violence and kill, like Charles Manson did. Then he disavows himself of it, "Not MY RESPONSIBILITY." Well, eyes are opening. People are seeing this criminal who is about to be indicted and go to jail. Jail is Trump's greatest fear on the planet. He has visions of black men in prison coming for him. The irony is, he is 1000X more criminal than they and with his COVID botch job, has killed more than they. He is a racist, a criminal and a psychotic. That the likes of Grassley and McCarthy are his screaming worms lying on law enforcement agencies is egregious. They do not deserve their positions of power. A child can do better than they. They know the difference between a lie and the truth. Not only do they not care, they embrace lies because for them they can get money. Money. MONEY.

    Donald Trump's failed coup, smeared by GQP and called a picnic. 800 insurrectionists have been arrested, charged and are being sentenced. The Jan 6th commission has given testimony to the DOJ.

Really Donald? If so, let the FBI and the IRS do their jobs. If you are innocent (we all know you are not) then you will be acquitted and they will leave you alone. BUT YOU ACT GUILTY BEFORE THERE HAS EVEN BEEN AN INDICTMENT. 

Trump turned failed mob boss (mob bosses have more dignity, integrity and honor) has bullied the GQP once again to support him. How? With peaceful protests? No. With violence, with intimidation, with extortion, with loan shark tactics.

Donald Trump has mirrored his 100,000 lies with 100,000 inspired death threats. DEATH THREATS ARE THE EQUIVALENT OF STALINIST VLADIMIR PUTIN'S NEW COMMUNISM. TRUMP AND THE GQP AND GRASSLEY AND MCCARTHY ARE SECRET COMMUNISTS IF THEY EMBRACE PUTIN'S TACTICS.

The New GQP is QAnon extremists, pro banned abortions, banned LGBTQ marriage, pro violence, anti-law enforcement, pro Putin genocide and War on Ukrain, pro Trump despotism.

 

 

If someone dies killed by a QANON LUNATIC, Fox, Oann, Newsmax, Grassley, McCarthy and the wussy coward equivalent of Charles Manson, Donald Trump must be sued for inciting violence. Regardless, they must be sued for defamation. All of them. Trump's behavior has proven himself GUILTY. NO ONE WHO IS INNOCENT ACTS LIKE THIS. TRUMP ISN'T INNOCENCE.

Litigation, the rule of law. Lawsuits for defamation, the rule of law. 14th amendment against Grassley and McCarthy, the rule of law. Trump is unfit, incapable, violent, a Charles Manson type killer and instigator, and a horrific criminal spewing national secrets...already. SUE THEM. INDICT THE GUILTY. Fomenting violence with propaganda, lies and false rhetoric is not free speech.

The GQP Party under Trump has seen a rebirth into criminality worse than ever experienced under Harding's Teapot Dome, Nixon's Watergate and for profit healthcare, and Reagan's Iran Contra and financial destruction of the middle class with outsourcing. Under the former administrations, the GOP was a party of law and order, or so they lied. Meanwhile, they broke federal laws and got away with no president going to jail, though the presidents obstructed justice and covered up their lies.

Under Trump, the party has become communistic. How is this possible, you ask? Indeed. the frog slow boils while Democrats take the high road of decency and law and order, which unfortunately, is slow. Accountability becomes impossible when the GQP infiltrates and throws up road blocks, obstacles, craters the concrete and unleashes dams of hate-filled sludge. How did we get here and how much of this is because of the GQP's inability to censure or condemn Trump?

  Did we ever receive the transcripts from the two hour meeting between these two? They are public record. Has anyone ever tried to use the Sunshine Law to get them?

Trump was and always will be a criminal. He is clever at lying, cheating, stealing and pushing the envelope of audacity, of cruelty and of evil, especially with those who are kind to him and those who bow. With the parameters of behavior that Trump sets up, it you stop bowing or try to extract yourself from the web of poison around you, he interprets it as disloyalty. And if you are disloyal, if you stop allowing him to kill your soul and poison your integrity by degrees, he will exterminate you, Trump style. That includes revenge that may express as character assassination and/or destroying all the bridges you have built in your career. Either you agree with Trump or you don't exist. Once bitten, you never escape because your independence from him is equated as a direct violation of his air space. Exploit you? That is why you exist, to be exploited, your integrity destroyed. There is no compromise. God help the Trump children. God help Mark Meadows who is Trump's slave who doesn't exist. This is Putin/Trump/GQP communism. There is only fealty to the GQP/Trump.

Trump is a new breed of poisonous tarantula. He sucks out the goodness of individuals, drains it dry, uses their integrity to fuel his insatiable greed and lust for attention, power, money. He told the Secret Service, "I know how you guys work." He didn't get into the car which would have taken him away from the Capitol and doing his job. Pence's safest place was at the Capitol, even though Trump had commanded his followers to attack the building, the symbolic seat of government and place it under siege. Trump publicly stated...Mike Pence deserved lynching because he didn't obstruct the peaceful transfer of power in Biden's election landslide. Just the verbalization of Trump stating that Pence deserved to be hanged is an abomination. It evidences Trump's MO toward those do not obey him.

Could Pence have been killed? We don't know. Indeed, I have learned not to underestimate hatred whipped up by those who are loyal to Trump who will do his bidding. The less power the Trumpers have, the more they are blind suicides, exploited and duped and the more they hang on Trump's every word. It's how they got to the Capitol. They obeyed Trump's commands on Twitter. And when he told them to leave, they left if they heard his message to them.

Trump did much to make GQP America great. The America Trump talks about is for billionaires. It excludes everyone else, but the duped fans believe he has made them great. That is an irony considering who they are and what they did on January 6th. The GQP party wants and lusts after money. So does Trump who is bankrupt with all the lawsuits he faces. But the National Guard were ordered to stand down via the mob on Jan 6th that was armed with AR 15s that Trump knew about because they couldn't go through magnatometers, which he told security to tear down and "let my people in."

Now, the GQP way is the way of Putin communism. The Democratic way is the way of democracy and one person, one vote. The popular vote will be won by Democrats. They landslided Trump. But to him, elections don't matter. He wins because he is psychotic. Reality, as Barr suggested, has no impact on Trump. This is beyond Norman Vincent Peale's "power of positive thinking." He should be deported for he disrespects the US constitution, the role of the presidency, all of it. Safeguard a democracy? Trump took the US Treasury and stole from it with $150,000,000 golf trips that he treated to his Secret Service. No wonder they are destroying federal texts for him.

For any infelicity that Democrats perform, GQP party of violence holds them to a ridiculous account. For Democrats, it's guilty before proven innocent. And when the individual is proven innocent, they are still guilty. Hence, Hillary testified about Benghazi for 11 hours. On the other hand, GQP follows the shameless double standard that they don't have to follow any law and order standards, nor follow the constitution. Many in the Trump administration refused to testify. Instead, they take the fifth. Why? They are guilty, of course. The fifth is tantamount to an admission of guilt. A kindness that deserves jail. Hillary Clinton and her husband Bill Clinton before her always testified and showed up. Nixon didn't get impeached; he resigned disgraced, but was pardoned. Guilty but made innocent. He too, a coward, didn't show up. Crooked Nixon, treasonous Trump. By comparison, Trump is the most egregious criminal in US history, proving once more that Putin wanted him in power to destroy the nation Putin hates.

This must change with the insurrection on January 6th. People died on January 6th. Brian Sicknick and the capitol police who took their lives, died so that those who attempted to destroy our government then lie about will go to jail.

Meanwhile, Trump has denied the commission documents, lied, cheated, fundraised off the #BigLie, which he still continues to do, reaping in more than $250,000,000 despite its apparent fraud. He has bullied, threatened and instigated others to do the same. Now, the vital Secret Service texts of January 5-6th have disappeared. Trump makes sure his acolytes will do ANYTHING FOR HIM. The constitution does not exist for Trump and he makes sure it doesn't for his acolytes who are called to testify. The American people pay the salary of those he turns into his criminal henchman. He and they must never again be in a position of power. And all those Trumpers who are in the present administration must be fired because they subvert the constitution to follow Trump's directives and protect him.

The violent ones with AR-15s and other weapons didn't go through the magnatometers because their weapons would be confiscated. Trump told Meadows and others to take the F**king magnatometers down. Let my people through. THEY DIDN'T. He was furious.

Trump tried to go to the Capitol to be with the mob who enacted the last part of the coup attempt. He is not sane. He always was unfit for office. He has proven how unfit he is throughout his presidency. The GOP doesn't care. They just want power and tax breaks. They do not pass laws for the people. In not impeaching Trump, they obstruct justice. They prove their dereliction in not passing BBB. The Democratic Senators from Arizona and West Virginia have been bought off by the RNC. They vote Republican. They obstruct the passage of laws. They obstruct justice. They are derelict of their duty.

Sixty court cases told him no fraud. Almost every official in his administration told him.  Chris Krebs told him "Most secure election in history." Trump fired him. He didn't like Krebs, a Republican who gave him "the wrong" message. He didn't like Barr's message that he made public. He forced him to resign and threw plates of food.. His daughter and son told him. He ignored them in willful intentional blindness because he wanted to win. He lost. But he wanted to win and win if it meant people HAD TO DIE, including his VP Mike Pence. 

So, he found losers with no official responsibility to back him and spread the lies that the election was stolen. He resorted to the deep web fantasists: Pillow Man, Powers, Overstock Man. He extracted lies and fake reports to prove "he" was victimized. Instead, the bully wanted revenge on the nation and the constitution that proved he LOST.

His gangs, the illegal militias never united before because no one authorized them. Trump called them on burner phones and the regular "fans" he summoned with a Tweet. The militias came with weapons and a month's supply of food for the "civil war" against all who opposed them. There was no one to oppose them, except the authorized militia of the congress. The hooligans with guns and bear spray were not authorized. If Trump thought he had the power to authorize them? Wrong. Congress has the power under Article 1 powers and those powers surpass the 2nd Amendment which discusses the right to bear arms AS A PART OF AN ORGANIZED MILITIA SUPPORTED AND PAID FOR BY CONGRESS. The illegal militias were insurrectionists and the only ones they fought were THEIR GOVERNMENT, AUTHORIZED MILITIAS, TO WHIT, THE CAPITOL POLICE, THEN THE DC POLICE, THEN WHEN MIKE PENCE BECAME PRESIDENT, THE ONLY ONE NO DERELICT OF DUTY, THE NATIONAL GUARD CAME IN. All those in illegal militias must be jailed and have their citizenship rights suspended. They can also be deported...they would be welcome in Russia.

Trump, Flynn, Stone, Bannon, Guiliani and others whipped up the mob to "take their country back." WTF? From what? The country had not been stolen. But Trump saw his access to the U.S. Treasury which he enjoyed for 4 years ($!50,000,000 in golf trips, access to do business illegally with foreign countries, collecting donations via his campaign through dark money and the RNC paying all his bills)...would be gone...disappeared because Biden won. He knew it. But he would try to kill those in his way, chief among them, Mike Pence. So He said he would meet them at the Capitol, encouraging them to bring their weapons there to join the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers who were beating up Capitol police and swarming into the building. He did not stop the violence by calling the DC National Guard. 

The president is the Commander-in-Chief of the DC National Guard. They had been told by Acting DOD head Christopher Miller (recently appointed 1 month before and Cash Patel recently appointed one month before) to not use any riot gear or spray or rubber bullets against protestors at the capitol. No arms against them, no PHYSICAL FORCE AGAINST THEM. NONE. NADA NIENTE. Christopher Miller in a memo, a letter sent out to the National Guard of DC stated clearly, to Stand Down. In other words, the protestors/rioters were to do what they wanted. The only way the Guard would come would be at TRUMP'S BECK AND CALL. He didn't call them for the over three hours. He wanted the rioters to overrun the Capitol screaming for Nancy's and Mike Pence to be lynched. If Trump was lucky, maybe they would be lynched. Trump was derelict in duty. Trump didn't call any law enforcement to stop the Capitol Police getting eyes gouged out, death and severe injury that resulted in paralysis for some. He didn't call the DOJ, Homeland Security, the FBI. No one was called. That is a provocation to manslaughter and premeditated homeside/murder knowing there were weapons in the crowd. 

That alone is an impeachable offense. Not impeaching Trump is OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE BY REPUBLICAN SENATORS. It is tantamount to giving license to kill to Trump. Unprecedented is not the right word. Murderous, derelict of duty, heinous...there is no more a legitimate GQP. The legislative branch of the GQP is mostly white domestic terrorists that must be censured and held in contempt by the majority of the American people.  It was Mike Pence who became the President that day, and Mark Meadows was furious and told others that PENCE HAS TO STOP ACTING LIKE THE PRESIDENT. What annoyed Trump was not that the mob was violently harming people and his own party members were screaming at him (Kevin McCarthy) to stop it. Trump was mad that Pence WAS ACTING LIKE A PRESIDENT.

He demanded they go to the Capitol. He wanted a bloody Civil War so he could emerge the leader. He wanted violence. He wanted the Capitol defaced. He wanted people dead. He thought Mike Pence "DESERVED" to be lynched. He wanted, wanted, wanted what he wanted. He still wants, wants, money to live in luxury. He is a criminal who defrauds with lies to fund raise his future campaign...lies...money...lies...money. A criminal fraud committing felonies as I write this. AND HE STILL PERPETRATES THAT HE WON AND IS BEING VICTIMIZED BY BIDEN DESPITE ALL THOSE WHO HAVE TOLD HIM IT IS BS. He knows it is BS. But as Liz Cheney says, any sane adult recognizes the truth. Trump is NOT sane. He is CRIMINALLY INSANE.

Trump lost. He proved he is incapable of sane leadership. If he wants to be a king, he is in the wrong country. And even with the conservative Supreme Court in place, they will not nullify the entire constitution to make him king.

 The war weapons white domestic terrorist former Republican Party are winning the war against American citizens on all fronts financial and domestic. They uphold tyranny against the American people who no longer have unalienable rights: life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness because the party adheres to the corporate vision that the citizens are commodities to be abused, exploited, killed. The mission is money and power. Citizen deaths are necessary to keep the QAnon party in money and power.

The war weapons party (including DINO Joe Manchin and Kirsten Cinema) are made rich by lobbyists whose sole intent is to prevent regulations that would curtail their profits. Their MO to be in power is not to serve the American people, but to serve themselves. They get paid millions in dark money to effect tyranny by corporations who rule over the American people by fiat.

They are paid: to pass no laws regulating war weapons. They are paid to pass no laws outlined in the Biden agenda to BBB: to help working families take care of children and elderly who are debilitated or sick. They are paid to pass no laws regulating toxic chemicals (by the thousands) polluting food, air, water, products citizens consume or use. They are paid to pass no laws properly regulating dangerous medical devices, drugs, etc. They are paid to pass no laws that make equivalent taxation percentages from the wealthiest to the poorest of citizens. The rich do not pay into the government yet have the greatest say in killing citizens. These corporate rich avoid taxes yet have the greatest voice in controlling the QAnon white domestic terrorist party.

In short, this reprobate, party is derelict of duty in passing laws that benefit the average citizens. They run after money and only pass laws that benefit the rich. They are paid so that they do not pass laws that as in the Declaration of Independence accused the tyrant king of doing: not assenting to laws that are the most wholesome and necessary for the public good. 

When was the last time QAnon Mitch McConnell or QAnon Kevin McCarth pass laws necessary for the public good? Definition of public? Not private corporate donors. Definition of good? Not allow citizens to have life, liberty, happiness ended or threatened.

The QAnon war weapons party are aligned with money. They are prostitutes who go with the highest bidder whether it be foreign governments i.e. Putin or Saudi Arabia, that are paying them to create domestic terrorism in every form with a lack of corporate regulation. They are in dereliction of their duty to protect the American people. They refuse to work with Democrats.

 The quality of life in the United States has deteriorated. Children are no longer safe because of weapons of war that are unregulated in most states. Citizens are the prey of corporations whose mission is to exploit them first. They do not worry about the wake of dead bodies they leave behind them from: 1)chemicals in the food, air, water citizens consume 2)products they use 3)products created by the medical industrial complex. The threat of lawsuits is not a threat. By the time the corporations are found to be negligent, they have collected 10,000 X the money to pay off a class action suit against them and court fees. Killing citizens is the greatest profit corporations have because there are no risks.

The Do Nothing party of terrorists allows corporations to remain unregulated so that citizens are viewed as commodities and their rights as human beings have been vitiated. Lobbyists are not the public good. They are their own good. Corporations are their own good, not the public good. QAnon white domestic terrorist party is its own good. It is a tyrannical, dangerous party whose mission it is to make war against the citizens who vote Democratic and resist them. They make war against their own people, who are their mental, emotional and physical slaves; their bodies are given over to the use of corporate exploitation and slow death. They give themselves over to exploitation and slow death willingly so they won't be construed to be Democrats, massively propagandized by tactics used by Russian military intelligence.

They are the Putinista Stalinist oppressor party. If this sounds extreme, it is because it is the reality of the extremist uber right wing party headed up by Minority Senate Leader Mitch McConnell and Minority Leader. Their intent is to make money. They are derelict of duty in passing laws that are the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.

QAnon Radical Extremist Supreme Court Republicans Overthrowing Roe IS A CONSTITUTIONAL COUP!

The preamble to the constitution: we the people, not us the 6 SC justices and Federalist Society/Republican billionaires/Putin communists who despise democracy

For the second time in history, the Supreme Court has embraced extremist radicalism. The first terrible and egregious radical decision that stands as the worst in history is in the Dred Scott Decision of 1857. That decision's final opinion was effected by Chief Justice Roger Brooke Taney. It was so inflammatory in vitiating constitutional decisions (blacks can never be U.S. citizens) and acts (it nullified settled law in the Missouri Compromise), the decision provoked the Civil War.

I would suggest that the Supreme Court is about to top its own Taney court decision in its ill-advised, egregiously political intent to strike down Roe v. Wade, as cited by Justice Samuel Alito's Initial Majority Draft. To further add fuel to the constitutional inferno, Mitch McConnell (I will not address the anti-constitutionalist and Putin communist apologist by his appropriate title since he continues to violate his oath of office with untoward and treasonous behavior), has suggested that if Roe is overturned, abortion can and will be banned in all 50 United States. 

Roe is settled law. In their appointment hearings, Justices Neil Gorsuch, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett affirmed their positions on stare decisis (the legal principle of determining points in litigation according to precedent). They agreed as proper judicial law on the Supreme Court that they they must adhere to stare decisis doctrine. Indeed, Amy Coney Barrett, supported by the Federalist Society is the exception pumped up by Mitch McConnell, Trump and the QAnon Party. Her radical extremist position on women not having their right to privacy is based in part on her religious sect's interpretation of truncated Biblical scripture (i.e. Ephesians 5, Exodus 21: 22-23)  and dismissing God's first two commandments which contain all the others. In their senate hearings the 8 other justices of the court affirmed the doctrine of stare decisis. They would have not gotten on the court if they had said they didn't. Barrett wobbled, Barrett LIED. With a lie of omission she did not honestly admit that she is AGAINST WOMEN'S PRIVACY WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR BODIES. SHE DID NOT ADMIT THAT HER RELIGIOUS BELIEFS DEMAND THAT SHE VOTE TO STRIKE DOWN ROE V. WADE. SHE WAS NOT HONEST BEFORE GOD AND THE COUNTRY. SHE WAS OBEYING HER HANDLERS TO GET ON THE COURT BY WHATEVER MEANS NECESSARY.

SHE WAS SILENT ABOUT HER RELIGIOUS BELIEFS WHICH OPPOSE ROE AND STARE DECISIS. IN A COURT SILENCE IS ACCEPTANCE. But this Supreme Court has no ethics, does not believe in judicial ethics. Six members of this court believe in obeying destroyers of democracy and are paid for it, most likely.

Amy Coney Barrett was light-speeded into her seat by Mitch McConnell following his handlers' mandate to put a QAnon conservative on the Supreme Court. His handlers include individual donors, Federalist society, extremist right wing who pay him to do their bidding, foreign money like communist Putin who is looking to destroy our democracy's strength and the people's voice. The Barrett appointment with the Republican senate's perfunctory stamp "yes," was against the rules of the Senate, and a lie- dismissal of President Obama's wish to put Merrick Garland on the court 10 months before Obama's term was up. Mitch McConnell, a covert member of the KKK, never accepted black President Barak Obama, nor did his extremist fellow klansmen and white supremacists. So McConnell's dismissal of Obama's adjurations (especially with regard to Citizens United and Merrick Garland) justified by contradictory lies was made even more wicked by rushing Barrett through as RBG's body was prepared for burial.

If the conservative justices overturn Roe, they are liars. They are not arbiters of legal cases that determine what can and cannot stand via settled law. They don't follow their mandate to equalize and make uniform jurisprudence throughout the land. That is the mission of the Supreme Court, to decide cases based on precedent or settled law. Stare decisis is the doctrine that obligates courts to look to precedent when making their decisions. 

QAnon radical extremist conservatives Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett clearly lied/obfuscated as do Justice Alito, Thomas and Roberts when they said and say they look to settled law to make their decisions. Their political stance clearly overrides their mission and oath they took to be a Supreme Court justice, if they vote to overturn settled law and reject previous precedent. If I sound redundant, I repeat to make this point.

The Supreme Court justices in voting to overturn Roe or even presenting a Draft about overturning it, lie on their oaths. As liars they then overthrow their mission of upholding settled law following the doctrine of stare decisis. They are insurrectionists. Their pens are worse than the implements (American flags, etc.) the rioters used to gouge out the eyes of Capitol police, cause heart attacks and cause Brian Sicknick's death, all in the name of Trump to overthrow the constitutional election and peaceful transfer of power-settled law.

Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett lied to the Senate in their hearings when they said they followed stare decisis. If they don't follow stare decisis in regard to Roe, they should have admitted that they do not. They did not. They were dishonest. They made lies of omission; their dishonesty and unethical immorality and corruption is unacceptable. They should be impeached. If the senate had the determined will and courage of the Ukrainian people, the senate would censure and or impeach these justices and Justice Thomas for his unity with his wife in supporting Donald Trump's insurrection against the constitution and the government of the US.

The question remains then; if the senate allows these justice to corruptly obviate their mission by breaching their honor bound duty to uphold constitutional law, then the Senate breaches its mission by not censuring or impeaching the corrupt justices. Indeed, the corrupt QAnon Republican Party is off its oath and mandate. Why are the QAnon extremist radical Republicans in the House, Senate and Judiciary not expelled for their violations of the 14th amendment and their not upholding their oaths to the constitution? 

These members are compromised by money, some of it Dark Money. The FBI needs to expel the Trumpers first, then investigate all Republican members' on the take; this can be traced back to their global corporate donors, foreign adversary donors and Communist Valdimir Putin who has shown his Stalinist genocidal will by attempting to destroy democracy in Ukraine, opposing NATO countries and pressuring compromat Trump (whom he fraudulently helped to elect president in 2016 and failed to elect in 2020) to leave NATO. The QAnon Republicans who support Putin's communist terrorism in Ukraine were and still are in lockstep with Trump. 

Trump's alignment with Putin when Trump was president was obvious; to overthrow/weaken democracy and have one man rule under Putin (which occurred before during and after Helinski until Trump lost 2020). Otherwise, why would Trump botch COVID as horrifically as he did paving the way for over 1,025,000 Americans to die, as the WHO who Trump hated, suggested many more millions died uncounted from COVID and its shocks to the human body. Trump effected his own Putin-type genocide by politicizing COVID and making it A "THING" to deny, pretend didn't exist, a weapon against Democrats, a joke, anything but what it was a severe health crisis that he botched so horrifically then blamed on CUOMO, who was incredible in leading the country for a time until both Democrats and Republicans conspired to smear him.

But how does Trump botch a health crisis? Read my other articles. He and his QAnon twists like Marjorie Taylor Green, Matt Gaetz, Ron DeSantis, Gym Jordan, etc., should be tried before the Hague as negligents guilty of criminal heart murder in their COVID policies against the American people (Putin surely didn't object Americans were dying.)

Segue: if Putin is opposed to democracy in Ukraine and oppresses the Russian free press and all the inalienable rights afforded to consolidate power and make Russians his dupes and slaves, it is clear that as the QAnon party accepts Putin, they are his compromats. QAnon extremist Republicans have gone to Russia to bring back money and deals (Ron Johnson, Rand Paul, Gym Jordan, etc). This is especially true of Donald Trump who heavily relied on Putin for decades for loans and for wins in 2016 and 2020 (though in 2020, regardless of how loudly the Putin compromat screams today, Trump failed miserably and will continue to fail because he is a loser, the worst loser in history and 7 times a bankrupt).

Everything I state in the next paragraph about the justices, equally applies to the compromat members of the senate and house who willingly make a mockery of our constitution, our democracy and the voting franchise of the American people which they furiously attempt to control and will lose because they have left their secretive policies of control since social media came to the fore. Now, the QAnon party are seen for the miserable, communist, terrorist, white supremacist Putinistas they are. Servants of themselves

Volodomyr Zelensky's standing up to Putin's War and genocide is beyond heroic. He demonstrates the will of the Ukrainian to be their own government rejecting Putin's oppressions and slavery, Putin's denial of their very existence to be free, self-governing people.

 The Putin extremist SC justices and QAnon House and Senate Republicans are not the employees of the people of the United States. They are servants of themselves: corrupt, grifting, opportunistic, negligent, delinquent in their duties, in short criminals. (Like Putin below in better days relaxing with his Stalinist plans of invading Ukraine and genociding Ukrainians.)

 

Like most in the QAnon extreme radical Putin communist apologist Republican Party of oppression and nullification of civil rights, these justices don't care that 70% of Americans support settled law, Roe v. Wade and the right to privacy that Roe guarantees. I would suggest that these lying justices are partners in a corrupt hidden private enterprise which pays them much more handsomely than what they receive on their government salaries. Disloyal to the American people, loyal to their paymasters, they take bribes in whatever form they come in secret accounts or payoffs of credit card bills, presents, whatever. They have already proven that as liars they are corruptible. They DEFECATE on the high position to which they have been assigned. Most people I know are more worthy of being on the court than they. Their law degrees and experience are wasted; they do not satisfy their oath to the constitution and mission on the high court.

Clearly, they have obeyed their paymasters and are loyal to these private conservative donors who are planning on a political coup to overthrow the constitution, with the "legal" patina of Supreme Court gavel pounding. The justices have been paid; they have a fiduciary responsibility to uphold their donors' wishes. They don't even care to "make it look like" they uphold the constitution, stare decisis or the majority of Americans who have given them a mandate to uphold the popular Roe v Wade. Indeed, these corrupt justices have followed the spirit of Justice Benjamin Cardozo's decision in Meinhard v. Salmon in their fiduciary loyalty to their paymasters, Federalist Society, corporate conservative donors and private foreign donors.

"Not honesty alone, but the punctilio of an honor the most sensitive, is then the standard of behavior… the level of conduct for fiduciaries [has] been kept at a level higher than that trodden by the crowd."

As fiduciaries of their private paymasters' wishes, Alito, Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, Thomas, Barrett and even Roberts (he is more clever at hiding his soiled heart) have demonstrated the punctilio of an honor. As the servants of the people's court, following their oaths to the constitution and their mission on the court, they don't exist. They are not supreme court justices. They are not even judicial hacks. They are illegals, aliens, not American citizens. Acting as criminals who have been paid off in quid pro quos to lie their way onto the court (a potential crime), they should in the very least be censured or impeached. They should have the very punctilio of honor to be loyal to their constitutional mandate, the doctrine of stare decisis and their mission on the highest court in the land as SC justices, who affirm the sanctity of settled law. If they knew what honor was, they would resign and serving as their own judge and jury, demand their own censure by the senate or demand investigation by a special prosecutor to look into quid pro quos they engaged in. At the very least, they should come forward and be whistleblowers to cleanse the court. 

WHISTLEBLOWERS. WHO ARE THEIR PAYMASTERS? WHO ARE THE DONORS AND WHERE WAS THE MONEY FUNNELED FROM? ARE WE SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE THAT THEY ARE JUST DOING THIS FOR THEIR MEAGER SC SALARIES?  If they can't BE HONEST, and they can't because it would enrage their paymasters, CENSURE/IMPEACHMENT must be done for them. They know what they are. They know what they do. If they are so stupid as to not know, then they don't belong on the SC anyway. But these justices are demonic. And demons are cowards and demons are sneaky and love the darkness. These dark ones are overwhelmed by the light. Barrett is overcome by CHRIST'S LIGHT. She cannot claim her Christianity with impunity and unconsciously appear pure if she lies whether of omission or commission.

All there except perhaps the official but certainly Trump and Clarence Thomas are not servants of the people. Trump is worthy of prison. Barrett and Thomas should be impeached for conflict of interest and lying on their oaths especially if they vote for overturning Roe, vitiating stare decisis.

With impunity, they serve their paymasters. How do I know this? Take the Federalist Society that they joined and the donors that support it. The Federalist Society is not concerned about stare decisis or the law. It is political with a deep political agenda...to remove the powers given to the people; to adulterate the constitution so that it has been nullified, to make the Unites States a government of despots, by despots, for despots (the despot being their puppet they put in power).

And if the Democratic Party does not take action, you can only conclude that they conspire in  the House and Senate to do the same. Their kindness and decency is a blind when it is weakness and an inability to stand for what is right. When allegedly "good" people do nothing, evil flourishes and those who watch and see don't learn what is just, right, true. Democrats are more guilty than QAnon Republicans if they refuse to act as the QAnon party would act, for example allowing Moscow Mitch McConnell to lie to the American people acting the despot by not allowing President Obama under the constitution to put in his own Supreme Court Justice. Obama was weak in giving McConnell what he wanted. Hillary would never have done that. But Hillary is not the president. We know why not.

Cuomo is a Democrat; a dangerous one to Mitch McConnell and Trump. He had to be ousted. Democrats helped oust him. This is a great loss for the party and for the bully pulpit which Cuomo mastered against Trump to Trump's abject fury.

The law is not supposed to be political; it is supposed to be "objective, logical, rational." But because human beings are corrupt, greedy, selfish, and self-betrayers who are power animals, the law can be twisted to every form of infamy based on the "integrity" of the justices delivering the law. Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, insurrection loving sex abuser Thomas, Barrett and witch burner Alito have no integrity; they are guided by no ethics.Their actions speak and judge them. Their words are lies; their proclamations to the people, the press and the congress are meaningless. Alito's Draft is evidence and a prima facie case of lying. Ipso facto Alito's Draft in the proposed overturning of stare decisis, settled law, precedent and the constitution is political betrayal against 70% of Americans who support a women's right to govern her own decisions related to her body.

I repeat, given their past performance and background, it is obvious donors have paid them to betray the constitution and the American public. Prove It? If it happens, ipso facto no justice of the high court would abolish the constitution, precedent, stare decisis, etc., unless they were paid to do so. Prima facie it appears to be so because doing it means it is so, proof in the doing of the action. Ipso facto, then it is so; they've been paid to do it because they wouldn't reverse 49 years and 5 months of precedent as justices of the high court. That is unprecedented in American jurisprudence.

Roe v. Wade, establishing a woman's right to privacy of choice regarding decisions of her own body has been settled law for 49 years and 5 months (decided January 1973). Overturning it is a vitiation of the Supreme Court's mission, the justices' oaths, the function of the court. It is tantamount to overturning the constitution itself for Roe validates the right to privacy and that right is supported by the Bill of Rights, cases decided, precedent, stare decisis and the 14th amendment. Overturning Roe is more than just saying the states ban abortions, it is overturning stare decisis and all settled law. For that, the justification must be genius. It must be blindly solid and rational. It must rest on principles of law in our constitution. Alito's Draft is so poorly argued with convoluted logic and support from a British Lord who was a burner of witches in the 17th century, it is a wonder how Alito is even in jurisprudence. The draft brings to mind Justice Roger Brooke Taney's Dred Scott opinion. Alito and the justices who do not argue otherwise, who do not shred the arguments in the Draft opinion are 6 Taneys, birthed by the Southern planter Federalist Society of the old confederacy. They are the white supremacists and KKK and white nationalists who intend to subvert our democracy (all a part of the January 6th insurrection to overthrow the 2020 election of Joe Biden) by eliminating our democracy with the help of foreign money and Putin who is a communist Stalinist genocidist. They intend to regain the philosophical and mental territory lost during Reconstruction for a time, gained after Plessey v Ferguerson, and lost after the Civil Rights (1950s-1980s) movement brought a cultural change in our nation.

He ignored precedent, distorted history, imposed a rigid rather than a flexible construction on the Constitution, ignored specific grants of power in the Constitution, and tortured meanings out of other, more-obscure clauses. Such was the case in the Taney Court of 1857 as  declared that slaves would never ever ever be US Citizens in the Dred Scott decision which also wiped out the Missouri Compromise and made slavery legal in the entire United States. This gave rise to Southern red neck slave catchers going into the North kidnapping freemen and bringing them South to sell at auction to the highest bidder.  It has been cited in particular as the most egregious example in the court’s history of wrongly imposing a judicial solution on a political problem. A later chief justice, Charles Evanand ts Hughes, famously characterized the decision as the court’s great “self-inflicted wound.”

Indeed, if Alito and the others overturn almost 5 decades of settled law, they are forever the second Taney court of infamy in this coup by the QAnon communist uber right wing Republican party that would overthrow the constitution and our democracy via craven bowing to quid pro quos by Federalist Society donors and foreign adversaries of democracy, who wish to see the United States destroyed. If this act of vitiating stare decisis is allowed, what other laws can be vitiated? Is stare decisis itself called into question; precedent is the foundation of democracy. Countries without a constitution of stare decisis are inevitably corrupt; the despots who usurp power make the laws as they choose. With stare decisis gone, what else can be reversed? The women's right to vote? Gay marriage? Other amendments? The Bill of Rights? Due Process? A ridiculous thought? I remind you Donald Trump's presidency was a ridiculous thought that happened because of Putin's money and power and influence bringing along craven traitors like Jill Stein, Paul Manafort, Mike Flynn, Steve Bannon, the compromat president's children and a whole host of lackeys who were afraid of their own shadow and faithlessly put money and their own agendas first, while they said F*&K you to the country and people they were supposed TO SERVE.  But for these criminals, how many people would have been alive if the Democrats were in power?
