Cuomo Smear Campaign: GOP Ratf**king and ITS OWN PROJECTION OF SINS

In previous posts I pointed out that Trump's botch job on COVID -19 was carte blanche for the virus. Trump knew of COVID before last February; in documented tapes he told Bob Woodward how deadly the virus was. (Read Woodward's book Rage.) For his own political purposes he did little to stem COVID'S spread, unlike what President Biden has done since he's taken office. Trump lied saying it was a hoax and then the flu. Such lies persist today, as well as lies about the vaccines and about the purpose of COVID-19. (It was/is A plot to get him out of the White House and a plot to enslave the American public with chips in the vaccines...lies that persist to today in Trump's mind.)

Trump perpetrated these lies amongst his QAnon (Russian Military Intel) followers, Trumpers and Republicans. They encouraged Americans there was no hideous novel COVID-19 and that they should breathe the air and get the "flu" to become immune( A GROTESQUE LIE.) He did this all the while knowing how dangerous COVID was; even admitting to Woodward on tape that it impacted children. As COVID-19 rampaged the Northeast entering through Newark and JFK airports, Trump assembled his RED STATE governors with his plan to be reelected: they should lay low and go with his program. His strategy was to win the 2020 election by slamming Blue STATES with COVID, blaming Democrats for HIS botch job, while he skied past accountability, touting the fabulous job he was doing in his rambling, lying briefings.

RED STATE governors and the GOP accommodated Trump. As a result, over the following year RED STATES covered up the truth of their COVID infection rates which skyrocketed when they didn't have to. They covered up their deaths. They covered up their nursing home deaths. All of this happened in order for Trump to use the terrible COVID-19 deaths in and out of nursing homes to tarnish Blue State Governors. It didn't work. They still try to tarnish Governor Cuomo with this lie. It's a lie. And regardless of how they twist it, if Trump had stopped COVID-19 in its tracks with decisive action early on facing the truth and telling Americans, the infection rates would not have spread throughout the communities of New York, thereby not as readily targeting seniors in and outside nursing homes.

Trump and the GOP's dilatory non actions against COVID created high infection rates that spread everywhere. The high infection rates immediately went into nursing homes and killed. The only way to stop the killing was to lower infection rates which CUOMO ENCOURAGED NEW YORKERS TO DO. The only way at the time was to WEAR MASKS, PHYSICAL DISTANCE, STAY AWAY FROM CROWDS, ETC. New York was under COVID siege, the first time in history and in the 21st century. But Cuomo rose to the occasion and UNLIKE ANY OTHER GOVERNOR, BROUGHT DOWN THE INFECTION RATES IN THE STATE FROM THE HIGHEST IN THE WORLD AT ONE POINT (CAUSED BY TRUMP AND THE RNC) TO THE THIRD LOWEST IN THE US. 

Trump, Trumpers, GOP rhetoric was a contradiction. How can you proclaim "OPEN" and NO MASK WEARING, create massive infection rates and not kill people? You can't. The high infection rates everywhere targeted the seniors in and outside of nursing homes. Thus, Trump and his RED STATE governors were directly responsible for high infection rates in the community which KILLED seniors first. When he hired Scott Atlas, a proponent of "breathing the COVID air" to effect "herd immunity" in other words, everyone gets COVID, they sealed the doom of senior citizens in every state in the nation. DOOM. Seniors died because folks who worked in nursing homes brought in COVID. Many were asymptomatics. The elderly breathed the COVID air and died in large numbers in RED STATES. But you won't know this because they undercount deaths and infection rates.

Thus, the GOP, the RNC, Trump and Republicans of RED STATES are directly responsible for senior deaths. How? 1)denying COVID existed  2)propounding herd immunity 3)propounding wearing no masks 4)not taking safety measures to stop this national health crisis 5)lying and covering up their actions. 6)blaming Blue STATE governors like Governor Cuomo for causing deaths in nursing homes.

Any of  1-6 above identifies one as a Republican. Don't look at labels, look at actions. And look at Governor Andrew Cuomo and other BLUE STATE governors to see where their heart is toward the American people. First, RED STATE governors suggested that the elderly should be sacrificed to open the economy. The Lieutenant Governor of Texas stipulated that and it was reiterated on Christian TV. The old lived their lives; die of COVID, but open businesses everywhere. No one would mind.

On the other hand, Governor Cuomo and Governor Whitmer and other BLUE STATE governors closed down their states. What was the result? Fewer elderly died than would have. Fewer people died than would have. Fewer people got COVID-19 and saved the hospitals from becoming overwhelmed as is happening in Toronto, Canada. What did the RED STATES, Republicans and Trump do? Ignored the great job the BLUE STATES were doing because their strategy was to SMEAR and RATF**K BLUE governors while covering up Trump's botch job pushing MAGADEATH from COVID-19. 

Ratfu**ing coined by Donald Segretti, RNC, (Watergate) acts to defame and slime Democrats. RNC, GOP use it today against Gov Cuomo, Al Franken, etc. Dems should be aware of it to call it out.

The RATF**KING has been continued though Trump is out of office. It is being perpetrated by the GOP and RNC to push for a win in 2022 and 2024. Does it matter to them that this SMEAR is an outright lie? NO! Does it matter to them that they have proven that they would rather Americans die of COVID than lead through this national health crisis? NO. Do they care about the elderly? HELL TO THE NO. THEY ADVOCATED THE ELDERLY SHOULD BE SACRIFICED SO BUSINESSES COULD OPEN AND BE FLUSH WITH CASH.  Did they plan to open slowly in a concerted effort to contain COVID yet bring back businesses not sacrificing anyone? NO.

Are Republicans and Trumpers getting vaccinated? NO. However, it's been reported that Trump, his family and friends have gotten vaccinated. Republicans tout that they are not getting vaccinated. However, they are COWARDS. Most probably a vast majority of Republican politicians are vaccinated. They should tell the Trumpers and QAnon believers among the American people to get vaccinated. They won't. By the way, they have also heavily invested in the companies making the vaccines, though they excoriate them for putting chips in the vaccines to monitor Americans. As usual, as Trump does daily, they speak out of both sides of their mouths. They do this while tarring and feathering those like Cuomo, Whitmer, et. al. for speaking one truth and trying to save lives and get the economy up and running.

The militias of Michigan and Trumpers who supported them threatened Gov. Whitmer's life repeatedly and got her to cow to them. As a result, COVID variants are on fire throughout the state. Death is the weapon QAnon/Trump/Putin uses against Americans. "Open, Open" means DEATH, DEATH. What American in their right mind supports this? A Russian asset getting Putin $$$ in quid pro quos.

Republicans plan to win in 2022 and 2024. Thus, they have gotten Democrats to join them in RATF**KING for political purposes. In New York, Senator Gillibrand, Representative AOC and others have joined the RATFU**ING. They have called for Cuomo's resignation, regarding his alleged untoward advances toward highly political women with agendas that look strangely Republican. Thus, Democrats are stupidly, wantonly throwing out the progressive agenda of Governor Cuomo by siding with Republicans who have led the charge of "ratfucking" Cuomo. And this is picked up by media, which despite the labels of being moderate, are Republican and uber-right-wing biased for political purposes. Picking up the lie about Cuomo and running with it are Republicans. Any media outlet who carries those smears, despite what they characterize themselves to be  REPRESENT THE GOP, TRUMPERS, RNC. Republicans enjoy RATFUCKING.

Governor Cuomo's incredible journey in helping New Yorkers mitigate COVID is for the ages. In his book he writes about leadership and how to tackle COVID. Republicans are infuriated about his book because he excoriates them and Trump. As a result, they push reporters to ask embarassing questions to destroy him. It's another example of SMEARING ONE OF THE ONLY POLITICIANS WHO CARED AND LED THROUGH THE PANDEMIC TO SAVE LIVES.

This should never be forgotten. However, the RNC and GOP want other news to occlude these facts. Thus, a reporter named Peter who has been kept safe by the Governor slammed him yesterday in a briefing...trying to smear him with #metoo allegations. Tragically, this reporter is a creature of the paper hunting for bear. Tragically this reporter is owned by his editor and is not even his own person.

He is typical of the RED PRESS. He is not typical of New Yorkers who largely, despite what Republicans are pushing, support Governor Cuomo. Did Republicans keep the American people safe? HELL TO THE NO. THEY ENCOURAGED THE SPREAD OF COVID. Do Republicans take  responsibility for their DEATH ACTIONS USING COVID FOR POLITICAL PURPOSES TO KILL? NO! Republicans refuse to take responsibility for COVID DEATHS IN NURSING HOMES (higher in Red States). Nor do they take responsibility for the vast number of black lives taken under police brutality fomented by white supremacy. Nor do they take responsibility for instituting police reform stopping police brutality. 

Biden/Harris won in a landslide supporting responsible, caring, decent government for all Americans.

Nor do they take responsibility for the fact that 70% of Americans despise Republicans for hating them and wanting them to die. Republicans try to walk between the raindrops. They ignore the truth. Their only policy is to obstruct Democrats who help Americans and the nation; they obstruct democracy; they hate the constitution giving the people the right to their voice. They love power and money and don't stand in their way or they will kill you. (Watch what they say, not what they do. Look at the COVID NUMBERS. LOOK AT THE GUN SHOOTINGS OF CHILDREN. LOOK AT THE NUMBER OF BLACKS KILLED BY POLICE. LOOK AT THE CHILDREN'S DEATHS AT THE BORDER. Oh, there are deaths? What did I say a few sentences up?

But the handwriting is on the wall. Biden is in and despite all of Putin's miserable attempts, he is staying in and Democrats are staying in. Joe Manchin is coming to heel because he has to or be labeled a Republicans, the most hated and repudiated political entity in the nation. Republicans cannot stop voting rights. They cannot bring this country back to slavery and Jim Crow for all Americans who don't have billion dollar bank accounts. And they can't tarnish Governor Cuomo who has stood for gender equality, racial equity, police reform, a woman's right to choose, early voting, mail-in absentee ballots, and New York State as the most progressive state in the United States. GOD FORBID. 

Governor Cuomo led through the death and destruction of COVID BROUGHT BY TRUMP'S DILITORY ACTIONS. This truth can't be subverted. QAnon/Putin/Trump/RNC can't buy heaven.

THOUGH REPUBLICANS ARE TRYING ANY MEANS NECESSARY EVEN IF IT MEANS TURNING DEMOCRATS AGAINST THE GOVERNOR TO GET THEIR WAY AND MAKE NEW YORK A RED STATE, THEY FAIL. As long as Trump leads the GOP, they are assured to fail and they will bankrupt their donors doing so. Their donors are amongst the stupid in the nation. You would think Putin is tired of Trump as a very bad investment????

Biden has sanctioned Putin's Russia for his cyber crimes against the US and destroying the 2016 election results putting in Trump. Putin fears Biden. Putin is on the brink of being ousted.

 New Yorkers won't tolerate Trumpers governing them. Why elect someone, a Trumper, a Republican, to govern them so that THEY CAN KILL THEM AND TAKE AWAY THEIR RIGHTS???  Does Senator Gillibrand see what she is doing? Or AOC? Or Schumer? Every time they stand with Republicans, they stand against themselves and their own progressive platform uplifted and fought for his whole life by Governor Cuomo. Can't they see who is responsible for nursing home deaths? The same ones responsible for the spread of COVID? Can't they see the political ambition of Lindsey Boylan? Is it OK to whore #metoo for political purposes, thereby demeaning it? If you answer "YES" to this, you are a Trumper. Why don't you just take a gun and blow your brains out? It's the same thing.

Governor Cuomo has worked tirelessly with New Yorkers to stop the spread of COVID. He has stood against politicians who are liars and who only care about their own political agendas: this includes all Republican hacks in power and some Democrats who side with Republicans to their demise. New Yorkers are not stupid. They have been kept safe with Governor Cuomo. If any New York Democrats side with Republicans against him, any media siding against Cuomo? New Yorkers are attuned and aware. 

At the insurrection treason attempting to overthrow the US govt. and constitution, QAnon Trumpers were dogwhistled by the failed Trump to riot, destroy and get back his MAGADEATH presidency.

That behavior is unconscionable. All NON TRUMPER'S LIVES MATTER. ALL NON-GOP LIVES MATTER. Those Democrats siding with gender over life like AOC and Gillibrand are revealing their true political agendas. That is reprehensible. In spirit they are Republicans along with Lindsey Boylan, Mayor De Blasio and others who don't support Cuomo, who he is, his progressive agenda and Maverick programs. Republicans and Trumpers and Trump are synonymous with self-destruction and death. Wake up if you don't already know this. You hate yourself; you hate the truth.

Crimes Against Humanity: Fox Disinformation, Unsocial Irresponsibility and Trump UPDATES APRIL 18, 2021

I wrote this article in April, 13,2020 in the epicenter of COVID 19, Queens, NY. Since then there are 3 million dead worldwide and the US number of COVID numbering upwards of 600,000. When the pandemic first began, I anticipated because of the news blackout about it, the RED Media outlets calling it a Hoax or the Flu that the numbers would grow exponentially from what Trump proclaimed that there were no cases, then 14, then that "one day, it would like a miracle disappear," in words to that effect.

 

Because most in the country did not believe Trump's lies, Joe Biden Jr. and Kamala Harris were voted in as President and Vice-President. With the help of Putin and Russian Military Intel social media bots, however, the RNC, GOP, Steve Bannon, Roger Stone, Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn and treasonous Republican congressmen and senators encouraged the lie that Trump not Biden, won, fomenting the insurrection at the Capitol causing destruction and death on January 6, 2021.

 

If there is one certainty, I have come to expect from Trump, Putin, Republicans, QAnon Trumpers that little they state is true. They sustain the lies they speak. They do this for power and money. They have no other intention but to keep power to gain money. It's as simple as ham and eggs or burgers and fries, which you shouldn't eat if they are not completely organic and free ranged because the chemical substances are toxic. So are Republican/Putin/Trump's lies toxic. And despite Trump's loss and the Republicans' loss of the House and the Senate (it's 50/50 with Kamala Harris providing the vote to break the "tie") they persist in lying. Believing them has become an act of death-embracing machismo, out of a Monty Python skit.

 

Remember the knight in the Monty Python skit who dismembers himself gradually to prove how strong he is and how much pain he can take? He has become the new meme for Republicans, QAnon and Trumpers. Their mantra is "We don't care if Trump and Republicans are wrong and lie and don't care. We will let them kill us anyway believing their lies TO THE DEATH because the alternative is worse." Thus, their MO has become "I'd rather commit suicide than be a Democrat" or believe Biden won, is a success and helping improve my life.

 

In QAnon Trumpers drug addiction, alcoholism, OCD spending habits, an absence of college education, misogyny, racism, abusive relationships are rife. Trump's friends run high to pederasts (Jeff Epstein, Gislane Maxwell, Trump, etc.) and teen sex traffickers (Matt Gaetz) and women beaters (Steve Bannon, Rick Gates, etc.). Such examples of humanity supported by radical evangelicals speaks volumes to why Republicans who hunger after power will do anything to accept their help wantonly without consideration, even to the point of accepting Putin's help in placing Trump in power and attempting to keep him in power by fueling the treasonous insurrection at the Capital on January 6, 2021.

 

Putin's intent is to MRGA (make Russia great again) and Trump's loyalty goes not to country or party but to money. You give him billions, you are a friend. Putin has given him billions. Too bad the supporters who don't shell out at least a million dollars or more still don't understand that. They offer their throats to be cut. He willingly will do it and especially for money and as we have seen reelection. It is why he wanted to sacrifice seniors and the old to COVID to open the economy. See articles to that effect on this blog. 

 

But their time is over. Biden has just sanctioned Putin's bank accounts severely because he changed election results (Dare our intelligence services reveal the truth embarrassing themselves and losing their jobs? They have to. The evidence is massive.) Thus, as Republicans and Trump and Putin continue to lie to try to keep power and money, the sound of a deluge of lies coming back to drown them can be heard. The deluge is the American people who will not allow the falsehoods to kill them. Americans will continue to throw out undemocratic, unpatriotic, racist, misogynistic, white supremacist Republicans from the government and elect humane, decent Democrats until the Republican party gets a backbone and cleanses their own corrupt racist, misogynistic, white supremacist prevaricators from out of their midst.

 

The following was written just about a year ago. How much of the wisdom abides if the facts don't necessarily. I have updated the facts as best as possible in RED.

 

When does a lie matter? Why should the truth and the facts be told? How about when you are up against a pandemic, a global plague like Covid 19?

China lied about their number of dead revealed through cancelled cell phone accounts that American Intel discovered recently and are currently attempting to verify without much help from China. Does it make a difference if over 1 million Chinese have died from Covid 19 as opposed to 4000 Chinese? (See the film In the Same Breath by Nanfu Wang which identifies the Chinese governments lies and their death toll to high numbers in the hundreds of thousands.)Does it make a difference if the facts about how the virus spreads are ignored and the severity of its communicability and virulence are downplayed? (This is still happening as I write this with "burn the mask rallies in Florida," and super-spreader events in red states and by QAnon and Trumpers in Blue States.)

Ask the hundreds of families across the United States that are behind the 23,370 death toll for April 13, 2020. (The US death toll from COVID on Worldometer, April 18, 2021 is 580, 756). What if one of the dead, just one believed President Trump's message repeated on Fox News that the coronavirus was a "Democratic hoax?" What if they didn't take precautions to avoid transmission, didn't take the virus seriously, didn't wash their hands? What if they touched a droplet loaded with the virus, touched their face and unwittingly inhaled it, and ended up in the ICU because of pre-existing conditions where they took a turn for the worse, ended up on a ventilator and never came off it? Can that possibility NOT be taken into consideration when delivering false facts, on fake Fox news segments, for example when Trump stated that the coronavirus was under control and cases would go to zero?

It wasn't under control; nor was it going to zero! Covid 19 was engaging in massive community spread at that point in time. How many believed Fox, went out into crowds or went on Spring Break vacations, flew to Florida or went on cruises, free from fear? Out of those unalerted, how many did the virus secretly, silently, invisibly latch onto, shed by an asymptomatic who stood next to them? And when these unwitting took it home to infect others, how many of those infections were asymptomatic? How many of those infected ended up drowning in their own liquids on a respirator, dying of organ failure?

 

Dr. Birx on a CNN special a month ago claimed that because we didn't know enough about COVID early on, nor did Trump act immediately or prepare (see previous articles on his cover up and botch job) we might have saved a tremendous number of lives. She said 100,000 most probably could not have been prevented because of the dilatory actions. However, the rest could. 

Here we are. Every state in the US has Covid 19 cases and their numbers, despite folks on Fox implying it is a NYC disease, a metropolitan disease, are spreading in rural areas. These rural areas are ill equipped. They do not have high tech hospitals to handle the complexities of treatment, let alone ventilators.

 

 If states had learned from Governor Cuomo's brilliant briefings, they could have avoided the deaths of seniors and those who didn't take precaution. The death toll spans each state. Check worldometer for updates. But be apprised that RED State governors don't accurately report the numbers because they want to support the TRUMP LIE THAT COVID IS WORSE IN BLUE STATES. A patent lie. Indeed, when the facts are reported, and Biden's task force are looking into this, the truth of the immense cover up of death tolls and infection rates in RED states will be revealed.

Willful negligence to make a profit and to provide support for candidate/president Trump are not a justification for wrongful death, and criminal, negligent homicide. Out of the 23,370 dead across the nation, tell me that not one of them believed Fox News disinformation. If even one died because they listened to Fox News' misinformation, believing Donald Trump's persistent, demeaning commentary about the virus being less dangerous than the flu, that is one death too many. If the one who died was confused about who gets it and why, and just threw their hands up in the air reassuring themselves mainstream media was overreacting about Covid 19, that is one too many deaths. 

 

Not only did Fox spread these lies, RED MEDIA (Newsmax, OAN, RT (Russian media in the US) Sputnik (Russia media in the US) Breitbart, Alex Jones, Rush Limbaugh and other conservative Republican media outlets support Trump who spread falsehoods. They are directly responsible for lying about COVID-19, Dr. Fauci, Plandemic, Governor Cuomo killing seniors in nursing homes. It was Donald Trump and RED media who counseled OPEN and breathe the air which is a death announcement for seniors who get COVID the fastest and who die of it. The senior death toll throughout the US is the tragic result along with the death toll of blacks and browns who have higher co-morbidity rates.

That one death is cause for a wrongful death lawsuit. If you multiply the number of deaths and parallel them with the NYT chronicle about Trump's dilatory actions waiting until March 15 to suggest mitigation in the country, which his own health officials have said was delinquent, then you are looking at a runaway train called crimes against humanity. Add to this the slow closings of Fox News watching red states around the country, and the exponentially increasing number of deaths which will surely follow in the South and Midwest as a result of dilatory actions, this is "megadeath." Indeed, Covid 19 is a bullet train of negligent criminal homicides leaving megadeath in its slipstream wake of contagion.

  

This has proven true. Trump and Republicans fueled the train and made it go at top speed. Trump knew about COVID early on. Many doctors heard about it in fall of 2019. Read Bob Woodward's book RAGE. Trump told him in taped interviews in February 2020 that he knew of the nightmare of COVID. But he didn't want to upset Wall Street markets and his business friends. So Trump let seniors in Nursing Homes in New York die rather than to harm Wall Street. He is to blame for NY nursing home deaths, because if the infection rate in NY was low, there would have been no deaths. It was high. When there is high community spread=a high infection rate, seniors are the first to go, inside or outside of nursing homes. Trump didn't care. He wanted Wall Street to keep on BOOMING. Well, it is BOOMING UNDER BIDEN. He killed; he doesn't deserve to be president jeopardizing our nation's health to be reelection. Once again his lies and dumb thinking backfired in his face; he is an inveterate loser.

Experts have warned the time to attack such communicability of a novel virus is the first two weeks. Without due diligence, the virus will gain community spread and then it becomes very difficult to contain. Check out both Sweden's and the UK's reaction/response to Covid 19. Most probably governors in red states based their policies on Trump/Fox news disinformation to please Trump and to remain loyal to the GOP. How many in that number 23,000 + have died because they based their lifestyle information on Fox? How many died because they based their lifestyle on their red state governor's policies and Trump's initially cavalier, craven and unscientific assessment of Covid 19 as a flu; this, after he was forced to acknowledge it might be a world-wide pandemic? 

 

RED STATE GOVERNORS ARE ESPECIALLY TO BLAME AND SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE WITH TRUMP AND RED MEDIA. QANON IN BLUE STATES SHOULD BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE ALONG WITH RUSSIAN MILITARY INTELLIGENCE IN THIS WAR AGAINST THE US WITH THEIR CHIEF ALLY TO TREASON AS THE REPUBLICAN PARTY AND TRUMP.  The deaths are continuing as the UK, Brazilian, SA and God knows what other variants fly to the US and into airports that allow them to spread it and walk freely. As Governor Cuomo said COVID SOMEWHERE IS COVID EVERYWHERE. TAKE PRECAUTION. GET VACCINATED.

Tragically, these deaths were unnecessary. The pandemic would have been preventable if someone else were in office. Obama faced three potential pandemics: we didn't even realize it because his presidency was prepared. Even George Bush was apprised of the terrible nature of pandemics and was prepared, though not as much as he should have been. Instead, Hurricane Katrina happened on his watch and that debacle closed down the GOP for the next 8 years.

Worse, this world-wide disaster threatens to close down the US as we knew it. Already, we are realizing that the old US is disappearing into a mirror of the recent past suggesting a new normal of masks, gloves and antibody testing. Unless immediate expansive action to fight this war using the powers of the DPA to assist in overcoming this national security threat of Covid 19, Trump's catastrophic failures to act and his missteps when he did act will never get the nation back to a shadow of its former self. Trump's unction to stop the mitigation and follow billionaires advisement to re-open the country without consideration of the health and protection of all who brave the pandemic is magical thinking.

 

It turned out to be DEATH TO SENIORS IN AND OUT OF NURSING HOMES IN AN EXPANDING DEATH TOLL OF 580,756 OF YOUNG KIDS AND ALL AGES.

Would the billionaires, Trump's cronies, kill all who would be killed and allow others to recover following the 80/20 ratio of  typical viruses (without accepting that this is NOVEL)? Good idea if that is what will happen. We don't know. Covid 19 is a radically new virus that is able to morph, seemingly at will. It clocks in with various symptoms that suggest it cannot be pinned down to "one size fits all." Immune today? Dead tomorrow. For how long is one immune and at what strength of antibodies?

Herd immunity may be another branch of magical thinking. There is not enough information from data to reveal that it deals with every person the same way. Only until recently, did doctors begin to accept that people shed it without symptoms as it cleverly sounds no alarm bells. This becomes tragic when attempting to protect the most vulnerable which too, has become an uncertainty. Just who are the vulnerable? Only the elderly? Young people are dying, not just the old and infirm, not just the fifty-somethings with co-morbidities. What is the relationship? Scientists don't know.

Does Trump, does Fox News (AND ALL RED MEDIA AND RUSSIA) care to get these facts out to the public repeatedly and accurately? Apparently not. Look at his behavior six months ago. First, Trump refused to acknowledge President Obama's efforts toward the national security threat of bio-terrorism. Even today during his Covid 19 campaign rallies, he continually shoots the former president with claims that Obama handled the swine flu badly. Lies! Meanwhile, Trump ignored Obama's January 2017 briefings on pandemics during his transition into the presidency. He closed the pandemic office and threw away the pandemic guidebook in 2018. He removed personnel from that office who could have helped identify that Covid 19 was a disaster to prepare for. Instead of focusing on the growing threat in China of the virus spread in December 2019, he ignored that and ignored US intel in January 2020, pushing off Secretary of HHS Azar's warnings. However, according to Trump he banned China flights, though 40,000 Chinese came back into the country in the first three months of the year after enjoying family celebrations for the Chinese New Year. No efforts were made to stop them. Instead, Trump played golf over the holidays and enjoyed himself, something he has repeatedly done throughout his presidency, charging US taxpayers the high bills at his resorts for secret service rooms and meals. Fox and RED MEDIA does not hold him to account on any of this. Investigative journalism? No. Magical "news," the unfree press, the unsocial, irresponsible network.

Trump lies about his own performance responding to Covid 19 which he repeats is "great." Unfortunately, we are stuck with a liar. And Trump's behavior starting from when he took over the office of the presidency was negligent and incompetent. Rather than to admit fault, he has gotten away with his behavior by finding an appropriate scapegoat to blame, firing them. However, when one is incompetent and negligent about a pandemic that has a direct cost in American lives and those deaths correlate to the Stock Market and impact the economy, one cannot ignore the financial fallout or shift the blame that easily. REPUBLICANS ARE TO BLAME FOR SUPPORTING TRUMP. AND PUTIN FOR CREATING DIVISIVENESS AND LIES IN ORDER TO SPREAD THE VIRUS. Why hasn't he taken charge of the full force and power of the federal government in this time of war by using the DPA (Defense Production Act) to scale up supplies, equipment, tests in the billions? If you listen to Trump's self-aggrandizement, he has done it. That is a lie; he has not when the governors across the nation and FEMA (the government) are all bidding against each other for supplies. Indeed, if he had ramped up production, FEMA wouldn't have to steal supplies from state governor's orders to fill its stockpile to say it is giving supplies to various states. IT IS A NATIONAL HEALTH CRISIS THAT TRUMP ENCOURAGED AND ALLOWED FOR THE SAKE OF PUTIN'S MRGA (make Russia great again program).

Trump is continuing his misinformation campaign about his Covid 19 response using the mainstream media to spread more lies, a further irony. He has proclaimed mainstream media the fake media. If it's so fake, then why have briefings been televised by all the media? Caught in his own spin, Trump makes the truth dance to his own fantasies. This is not credibility in the making; it is further proof of his gyrating unfitness to handle this plague. Indeed, with his lengthy Covid rallies, he is convincing the taxpayers he is more obsessed about his and his friends' bank accounts than bringing the nation back to health and wholeness. No wonder why he is concerned about the economy and the stock market which has been trailing the number of COVID deaths in a weird, phantasmagorical irony.

Always, Trump and RED MEDIA defend and justify their mendacity by projecting their lies on the media instead of attempting to DISPROVE that their lies are not lies. Disproving Trump's lies is impossible, because video tape doesn't lie. News organizations now fact check Trump and toadying Fox. They play videos of his falsehoods with his back pedaling contradictory statements. They chronicle what Trump says and when he says it and he often has to pile fabrication upon illusion to justify or change what he said.  Fox News then must provide cover and sort out the deceit with distracting palaver by Hannity and other dim minds.

Importantly, it is what Trump's lies tell us about Trump and what Fox News' lies tell us about Fox and its supporters: the Federalist Society, the GOP and bottom feeder pilot fish. Lies are guilty coverups for 1)wrongdoing, 2)powerlessness 3)fear 4)cowardice. From such a muddled position, one cannot build a strong foundation of governance. From such confusion how is one able to make decisions? From such changeable, shifting falsehoods how is one to be believed as credible in a time of crisis like a pandemic? Ultimately, upon such mendacity, one cannot lead or feel competent to lead. One cannot take responsibility for one's lies, nor be accountable for one's actions. REPUBLICANS HAVE REAPED AND WILL CONTINUE TO REAP THE HELLISHNESS OF THEIR LIES WITH DEFEAT, BANKRUPTCY, JAIL TIME, LOSING THEIR POWER AND MONEY LIKE TRUMP.

Is it any wonder that Trump refuses to take responsibility for his decisions made during this terrible COVID pandemic? He is insecure; his leadership is grounded on shifting sands as he looks for someone else to blame for what he's done. And Fox is his second on the way downhill into the abyss of destruction, financial debacle and death. They are supporting him to his demise so that recovery seems a quaint, fanciful notion.

Lars are all about saving face, not about helping the ones they lie to. Trump must save face or die. Fox must support Trump or perish. The Covid 19 virus is the petard that they have hoisted themselves upon, the sword that is slicing through their prevarications to reveal their naked, exposed, wicked amorality, for enabling Covid 19's death-trap on a scale that is augmenting as each tragic day passes. And these liars have so believed their own lies, they refuse to acknowledge they are naked and debilitated. How do we now confront this national security threat, Covid 19, that we and our neighbors perpetuate like terrorists when the federal government has become an absence of superficiality? How do we fight the uncertainty, of an ill-defined, shifting monster bringing illness and misery that stymies caregivers and researchers with its simple structure and complex function and operation?

Just a presentation of his face on "defiled mainstream media" is enough to set them like rabid, starving, deranged dogs after Obama as if he were raw meat.

To assist Trump's campaign, the excoriations, smears, zombie-like character assassinations against Hillary ramped up 24/7 live on Fox and on Social Media with the help of Putin's military intel (FSB, SVR, GRU). Read the Mueller Report to discover how Trump/Federalist Society/Uber Right Wing journals like Breitbart and now defunct Cambridge Analytica with Fox assistance warred against her campaign and candidacy. After Hillary lost, to deflect from Trump's incredible mismanagement-style, they led the charge calling for her arrest. Even today they manage to ridicule Hillary Clinton. When Trump took office, the groveling loyalty of lies and alternate "facts" became Fox's fog machine of mammoth, propagandistic proportions. The uber right wing media (Breitbart, Alex Jones, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, RT, Sputnik, etc.) led by Fox became a de facto arm of Trump's corrupt administration.

For its money making motives alone, sacrificing the truth for fraud, the antithesis of investigative journalism, Fox must not be listened to. For its genuflecting, slavish support of Trump and GOP partisanship refusing to cover any negative news about him, Fox should be ignored.

Before COVID 19, here are a few examples out of the thousands that have occurred showing how Fox dealt with negative news about Trump over a three year period. They ignored reporting lawsuits by women stating in interviews that he raped them or sexually preyed upon them. They refused to fact check Trump's 17,000 + lies. They didn't cover Trump's continuous nullification of the rule of law and obviation of the constitution. Nor did they examine his unreasonable explanations for firing anyone who countermanded his "judgment" (the various whistleblowers in non-partisan career positions). The non -existent coverage of the Parkland shooting and march in protest by millions afterward Fox ignored; it didn't exist in their AR-15 toting universe. Their non- coverage of Women's Marches around the world in direct protest of Trump's presidency the day after his inauguration, was woefully missing as was the in-depth, cogent, reasoned analysis of his impeachment and the Mueller Investigation.

Like robots Fox News hosts with the exception of the glorious Shep Smith (until he left) clicked in to support everything the president said and did. With regard to the pandemic, Fox News was in lockstep with Trump exposing themselves to the liability of spreading false information that was the proximate cause of not taking precautions to avoid transmission. They supported him about Covid 19 throughout this period of it's "being less dangerous than the flu," a position he's recently reversed (perhaps) with the death of a friend. And they support him with the push to open the government to stop the financial debacle sure to happen with a lengthy closing down of the country's cities (except for essential workers) especially the economic engine of the country, New York City.

Trump wants to open the nation for his billionaire friends and to save his hotel and resort business. Great. But who is going to go to his hotels if his workers or guests catch the virus or die there? Who is going to go to work on a packed subway, albeit disinfected against Covid 19, not knowing who is asymptomatic and who isn't. If a twenty-something Wall Street broker is asymptomatic, goes into the office and infects the other brokers, is the company ready  to pay for sick leave and costly healthcare? The discussion about only letting the young people go to work is unsound. They also catch the disease and die.

We don't know the triggers; we don't understand the blood types or genetic underpinnings of vulnerability. We don't know why the 100 year-old woman survived, why the 95 year old Nonna in Italy made it and why the 21-year-old my nurse friend saw carried out in a body bag didn't.

Logically, OPENING involves perspicacity and planning. Who is going to reopen up their sit-in restaurant without testing the entire staff for antibodies, a test which is in scarce supply? And how are you going to figure out if patrons of restaurants, theater, movies, sports events are COVID 19 free and for how long? What if the weeks prior to attending an event they are negative and the day they attend, unbeknownst to them they are positive asymptomatic? An antibody test is inconclusive and complex. How long will the antibodies last to give immunity: for a month, 6 months, a year? The questions are innumerable at this point. Governor Cuomo has smartly begun this process with the help of businesses and the community throughout the state as well as Federal Funds from Biden and. If Trump had been reelected, the death toll might have been twice what it is now and COVID WOULD BE CONTINUING INTO THE NEXT DECADE. Of course, STATES WHO HAVE NOT HAD WORKING POLICIES, STILL HAVE COVID AT HIGHER INFECTION RATES THAN NEW YORK.

The key one is, if you want to get the economy going, can you do it by forcing people to go in to work? Or will you just have to shut it down again because even more people get sick as the virus morphs into more virulent strains to save itself? We don't even know why it morphs. Is it because it adapts to kill regardless of the genetic fingerprint of the individual? Is it geographically motivated or is this a feature of its unique MO as a killer?

So many questions, so little time before people start to starve. The money given in checks by the federal government simply isn't enough. Google the amounts given by European countries and Canada, including the payment of their medical bills. There is surely a way, but Trump and the GOP are incompetent to find it and those who have secured a place around him to give him advice are more incompetent than he.  BIDEN GOT CHECKS TO AMERICANS. HE PASSED A COVID RELIEF BILL AND IS PASSING AN INFRASTRUCTURE BILL THROUGH RECONCILIATION...FOR ALL AMERICANS. REPUBLICANS DIDN'T SUPPORT EITHER. AMERICANS KNOW THEY DON'T CARE. AMERICANS KNOW REPUBLICANS WANT TO KILL THEM FOR MONEY...JUST LIKE THEY DID WITH SENIORS IN NURSING HOMES THROUGHOUT THE COUNTRY. COVID TARGETS SENIORS IN STATES WITH HIGH INFECTION RATES. IN NEW YORK SENIORS HAVE BEEN VACCINATED. SO ONE DEATH TRAP HAS BEEN STOPPED. IF THEY ARE NOT GETTING VACCINATED IN RED STATES, SENIORS IN AND OUT OF NURSING HOMES WILL DIE.

Maybe the billionaires like Robert Mercer who Trump and the GOP gave tax breaks to in the millions can donate that money back? Well, those liars supported Trump knowing full well his corruptibility. Did they understand the power of his incompetence and negligent unfitness to commit genocide against American citizens and to destroy the financial fabric of the nation upon which billionaires depend? Perhaps they did. Trump, like the virus, is a perfect destroyer.

Opening up before the right time will be a disaster. This is a war. The Defense Production Act must be employed to create massive testing and supply capacity with effective distribution centers set up so that all Americans can be tested and given protective gear to wear. US industry must be set up in networks around the nation with adequate, timely supply chains to produce: supplies, reagents, chemicals for the tests, etc. Ramping up production and putting people to work in essential industries to fight this pandemic to produce the supplies needed to function and stay safe is an imperative. The military must be involved, and wise counsel listened to.
 
Such counsel resides in the governors who closed their states down to only allow essential workers to move in their cities. These decisions were based on logic, statistics, data charting the disease path. Is Trump going to open the country because he feels it is a good time to do so? It's not happening.  Even the upper crust exotics will not want to venture into NYC, the city they fled to go to the Hamptons. Unless there are guarantees, these elites will not be infected and end up on a respirator by risking a return to NYC.  THIS IS TRUE TODAY. THE COVID RATE MUST BE 0 FOR MONTHS BEFORE THE CITY AND BROADWAY OPENS.

 President Joe Biden Jr. and Kamala Harris have done an exceptional job and it's not even 100 days they've occupied the White House. Regardless of the tremendous obstructions the RNC and QAnon Trumpers represented by Sen Josh Hawley, Sen Ted Cruz, Sen Mitch McConnell and other QAnon Republicans, Biden has passed legislation to help the American people. He is passing legislation for his infrastructure plan. And he is rescinding the unequal and unjust tax reform pushed by Republicans to make the rich obscenely destructively rich at the point of death for many Americans, starving them of the resources they need to SURVIVE in a pandemic like COVID-19.

Biden will do what most corporations want: return their taxation to 28%. Republicans, to insure they would get in again lowered it to 21% allowing billionaires and corporations with their offshore loopholes, pass throughs and Caymen Island tax havens to pay -% in taxes. Meanwhile, average Americans subsidize the rich and billionaires paying the greatest percentage of taxes, way over their proportionate fair share. Biden is changing that and Republican and Democrats (75% of Americans) agree with Biden who is widely popular, despite Putin's attempt to push QAnon and Republicans to make him look feeble. Their doctored, lying videos don't work except for the very stupid.

Do-NOTHING Republicans who have no policies to help the American people but encourage their deaths by COVID (OPENING UP RED STATES, avoiding President Biden's mask mandate and encouraging folks to think there is no COVID OUT THERE) kill, kill, kill them. Republicans want to achieve herd immunity by DEATH: breathing the COVID air that is filled in their states with ferocious variants, the SA, the UK and the Brazilian strains. Death and high infection rates continue in the RED STATES. But you wouldn't know it because they don't keep careful records and they HIDE AND COVER UP all. So, clearly, Republicans, QAnon fueled by Russian Military Intel and Putin push division and death so that Biden will fail.

Except he isn't failing. His support by Democrats and Republicans alike is overwhelming and he has surrounded himself with experts who value life and the prosperity of the American people and business. Both Democrats and Republicans know he cares for the American people. He supports gun reform. Get ready to see gun reform laws that existed decades ago before the mass shootings and police brutality of blacks blossomed during and after QAnon Russian Military Intelligence encouraged it (THEY STARTED DURING THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION ANTICIPATING TO PUT IN TRUMP)

Donald J. Trump entered the White House with the help of Vladimir Putin. Currently, information is coming out, despite Bill Barr's and Trump's corrupt and criminal cover-up. Trump should not only be indicted for his many financial crimes, but he should be indicted for treason in conspiring to overthrow the government on January 6th and for conspiring to receive help to throw the 2016 election by Vladimir Putin. The Biden administration DOJ has released information proving the conspiracy with the Trump campaign and the Russians via Paul Manafort and Constantine Kliminick. Jared Kushner, Steve Bannon, Robert Mercer, Cambridge Analytica had polling data gotten via FB; they turned it over to Kliminick through Manafort. That is the evidence trail. Trump who is and has always been a control freak, knew about it; he controlled everything and as has been revealed in his M.O., all had to be OK'd by him first. 

Of course he wanted to win and would do anything even conspire with Putin, our adversary to do it. He proved he wanted to win 2020 by death and destruction as he summoned his Trumpers who brought weapons and told them "it will be wild," and "sometimes you have to fight" as he promised he'd go with them to the CAPITAL and then abandoned them, going back to watch his WILDING of the CAPITAL ON TV.

He must be indicted for crimes against our democracy, and treason. The insurrection which he led and  the conspiracy to overthrow the fair election of 2016 were both provoked by him...And both were provoked with Russian assistance in a massive conspiracy to overthrow our democratic processes.

Mueller never was able to properly investigate Trump's financial records nor the involvement of Russian Military Intel. Trump prevented the DOJ, fired Jeff Sessions, cowed Rod Rosenstein and sat on Bill Barr. They too are complicit with the overthrow of the government via coverup of the 2016 election conspiracy to prevent Hillary Clinton's win from ever being known (remember Trump refused the recounts?) As the Biden DOJ investigates, the conspiracy to overthrow the government first in 2016 and then at the insurrection in 2020 will be found to be vast, wide and deep including our adversaries who are Trump's friends. 

Trump attempted to void the election of 2016 via Russian assistance which changed the election results for his win. And he still attempts to void the 2020 election which to this day, some QAnon fueled Americans under the power of the brainwashing of Russian Military Intelligence believe Trump won. Currently, the Republicans on the state level are doing everything in their power to void blacks from voting. This is worse than Jim Crow. It is back to slavery days and it is unconstitutional. 

Will the courts bring back the voting rights act? Biden will pass the legislation in H.R. 1. Like in the days of RECONSTRUCTION, to make sure blacks have voting rights, the National Guard will have to be called out to prevent obstruction, open up many polling places in black communities. And the laws which only allow Republicans to win are currently being fought by the ACLU. They are unconstitutional. Republicans can't win; they can't cheat. They need to leave the country and go to Russia where they seem to fit. But they will be jailed there seen as dissidents. Their only use to Putin is to destroy our democracy.

Republican fear is palpable. It stinks to heaven. And their going back to slavery days, the slavery which not only impacts blacks but impacts whites to keep them impoverished and stripped of their constitutional rights is failing. Americans, save the brainwashed QAnon are aware of Republican plans to kill them, kill their rights and their prosperity. The hand writing is on the wall. And the piece de resistance is Trump's indictment, the indictment of the insurrectionist traitors like Marjorie Taylor Greene, Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, Mo Brooks and others who invited rioters in the day for a tour knowing they then would be able to seek out and harass and even kill their colleagues in Congress.This has been perpetrated by Trump and Putin and Russian Intelligence. It is how COMMUNISM came to pass in Russia. It is NOT a democracy.

As a result of the 2016 Russian takeover of our election to prevent Hillary Clinton's win, Putin is being sanctioned. Biden has spoken. The oligarchs will lose their bank accounts in the West. Kentucky should lose its Russian aluminium factory, gotten by a quid pro quo between Oleg Derapaska and Mitch McConnell. McConnell, by the way, did not win fairly. Kentuckians hate him and suffer, one of the poorest states in the union. Instead, McConnell gets his money from a PAC registered in NJ and the Russians like Oleg. 

Well, he, too, lies on his oath like all the Republicans in office who obstruct and kill Americans happily for Russian money's sake. He and they should be thrown out of office the mildest form of punishment they deserve. They should be tried for treason. Hoover, who hated communism (Putin's United Russia party combines communism and oligarchy, but it is communism) would encourage the overthrow of Putin and the punishment of the Republicans who have and continue to commit treason.

Biden is succeeding backed up by the American people. The ones who don't support him are QAnon (Russia Military Intel) Red Media (supported by Russian Military Intel) Trump (Putin's asset) the GOP and RNC (funded by Putin and Russian oligarchs). The Russians are fools. They have spent billions and billions to MRGA (make Russia great again). They have only succeeded in bankrupting themselves and making their own people miserable. The Russian people disagree with the trumped up charges jailing Alexi Navaney the great Russian hero of the 21st century. The disagree with the jailing and killing of the others who the GRU, FSB and SVR (Russian intel) have slaughtered for protest, for example Ukrainians and journalists and all those who raise their voice and speak out against the travesty that has been Putin's sad dictatorship for these long, dark years of an oppressed Russian winter.

So indictments are coming to Trump and Republicans when they least expect it. Biden's DOJ and other agencies are getting cleansed of the traitors and corrupt Trumpers who foul up various departments with their stench. They are doing their job to get rid of traitors who don't support the constitution or democracy. I and Americans both Democrats and Republicans support Biden's successes. They are in the interest of the American people who believe in forming the most perfect union possible under a democracy. The right people are in the government. Lives are and will be saved. Equity is being encouraged and those who would kill, destroy and steal are reaping what they have wrought.

RIGHT AFTER THE INSURRECTION: MY THOUGHTS  FIRST PUBLISHED ON 1/16/2021

After Joe Biden Jr. is in, God willing SAFELY, Trump, who has been impeached (of high crimes and misdemeanors) a second time, will undergo a trial by the senate. They must convict him as their duty to the democracy they swore to uphold.

WHAT IS HIS HIGH CRIME AND MISDEMEANOR

Donald Trump abrogated his sworn oath to the constitution. In its mandate of the duty of the U.S. president to uphold a peaceful transfer of power, he failed. He refused to concede to Joe Biden Jr.'s winning the election of 2020. Instead of upholding his oath of office to acknowledge that he lost, with malice and premeditation, Trump conspired with seditious congressmen who supported him to overturn the election. 

With calls to "fight and be strong" about taking "their" government back ("If you don't fight like hell you won't have a country anymore.") Trump incited insurrection via a violent, well-prepared, armed mob of his white supremacist domestic terrorist supporters. He sustained mob violence by refusing to call in forces like additional Capitol police, the National Guard and others to put down the rebellion at the Capitol. (He waited hours.) Overcoming the Capitol police, the mob breached and defaced the building, holding all at the Capitol hostage to their rampage.

By not stopping the attack, which he is mandated to do via his oath of office, Trump permitted the rioters to desecrate the interior: they smashed windows, broke furniture, invaded congressional offices, took computers with sensitive information (state secrets-tantamount to espionage) took valuable items, spread feces on the walls and urinated on the carpet and elsewhere. By not calling in the National Guard, he permitted the mob to hunt down congress members and the Vice President with the intent to harm, kidnap or kill them. Instead of stopping the mob, Trump, pleased with his supporters whom he later told he loved, he watched the insurrection on television and ignored phone calls asking him for help. All of this resulted in the death of one Capitol policeman and four rioters.

The Constitution provides that the House of Representatives “shall have the sole Power of Impeachment” and that the President “shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors”. Further, section 3 of the 14th Amendment to the Constitution prohibits any person who has “engaged in insurrection or rebellion against” the United States from “hold[ing] any office … under the United States”. In his conduct while President of the United States—and in violation of his constitutional oath faithfully to execute the office of President of the United States and, to the best of his ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, and in violation of his constitutional duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed—Donald John Trump engaged in high Crimes and Misdemeanors by inciting violence against the Government of the United States, in that:

On January 6, 2021, pursuant to the 12th Amendment to the Constitution of the United States, the Vice President of the United States, the House of Representatives, and the Senate met at the United States Capitol for a Joint Session of Congress to count the votes of the Electoral College. In the months preceding the Joint Session, President Trump repeatedly issued false statements asserting that the Presidential election results were the product of widespread fraud and should not be accepted by the American people or certified by State or Federal officials. Shortly before the Joint Session commenced, President Trump, addressed a crowd at the Ellipse in Washington, DC. There, he reiterated false claims that “we won this election, and we won it by a landslide”. He also willfully made statements that, in context, encouraged—and foreseeably resulted in—lawless action at the Capitol, such as: “if you don’t fight like hell you’re not going to have a country anymore”. Thus incited by President Trump, members of the crowd he had addressed, in an attempt to, among other objectives, interfere with the Joint Session’s solemn constitutional duty to certify the results of the 2020 Presidential election, unlawfully breached and vandalized the Capitol, injured and killed law enforcement personnel, menaced Members of Congress, the Vice President, and Congressional personnel, and engaged in other violent, deadly, destructive, and seditious acts.

THE WHAT OF THE LEAD UP TO THE INSURRECTION

Trump conspired with Trumpers of the Republican Party to reject the electoral college vote in a pro forma ceremony in the Capitol on January 6, 2021. The overthrow was advertised online and everywhere as "Stop the Steal" lead by Ali Alexander and pushed by three congressmen: Mo Brooks, Andy Biggs and Paul Gosar. Prior to this act Trump begged, pleaded and extorted secretaries of state in various swing states to "find" votes to give him the election. 

Finally, Trump importuned, bullied and attempted to coerce his V.P. Mike Pence to declare Trump as the 2020 winner at the January 6th electoral acceptance of the 2020 ballots. Because Joe Biden Jr.  legitimately won 2020, V.P. Mike Pence refused to say that Trump won. Pence refused to lie. He refused to rescind his oath of office in the pro forma presentation of electoral votes. Mike Pence did his job under the constitution, bravely. He refused to be an illegitimate V.P. He chose loyalty to his oath and the constitution over his loyalty to Donald Trump. Donald Trump told his supporters that Mike Pence betrayed them. For this betrayal, Trump fomented his supporters' violence. As they rampaged the Capitol, they hunted V.P. Mike Pence chanting, "Hang Mike Pence."

Trump's desperate attempt to change the winner from Biden to himself was and is catastrophic. It is a violation of his oath of office to uphold democracy and our constitutional form of government. With every failed attempt he exhausted (60 court appearances, extortion of Sec. of State, recounts, etc.) he affirmed to his white supremacist followers that he won because he labeled every failure, part of the steal. He and his right-wing Trumper segment of the Republican Party refused to acknowledge Joe Biden Jr. won. The lie expanded to include Trumpers throughout the nation and grew to justify this armed insurrection which came in the guise of a peaceful rally where he would affirm his win and Biden's loss with Pence's "giving him the votes." At the rally, Trump's remarks ended with his admonition to march with him to the CAPITOL to fight for their government (and presumably "stop the steal") 

What ensued will go down in American History as a black stain of invasion by American white supremacist domestic terrorists in conspiracy with Donald Trump and his ultra-right wing Trumpers of the Republican Party. Conspiring with him since there were no National Guard permitted, perhaps were the Acting Secretary of Defense and others including the Sergeants of Arms of the House and Senate and other military personnel. There are ongoing investigations to determine who was involved, for example the Acting head of D.O.J. in an act of obedience to Donald Trump and betrayal of his constitutional oath.

CONSPIRACY TO OVERTHROW THE BIDEN WIN AND DECLARE #THEBIGLIE

Trump provoked this insurrection in a conspiracy that included wealthy donors who flew in private planes and took selfies of their actions and uploaded them proudly on social media. It includes various evangelical Christians whose loyalty to Trump supersedes their loyalty to God, Christ and loving their neighbor, a blasphemy. Present at the insurrection were donors who funded the insurrection and paid for buses filled with conspirators from around the nation all of them loyal Trumpers, who were duped into believing that Trump won. Or worse, they willfully accepted Trump as the winner though they knew otherwise. 

Additional accomplices to the insurgency were members of paramilitary groups, militia, the Proud Boys and other white supremacist domestic terrorist hate groups, members of QAnon, the Boogaloo Boys, retired vets, police from across the country, congressional members (Mo Brook, Josh Hawley, Ted Cruz, Andy Biggs, Paul Goser and others). Also present was Rudy Guiliani who made incendiary comments at the presumably peaceful rally. Relatives of the judiciary, for example Ginni Thomas, wife of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, were present supporting Donald Trump's overthrow of the constitution's mandate for peaceful transfer of power, nullifying Joe Biden Jr.'s election win of 306 electoral votes. Thomas should resign or be impeached for allowing his wife to pursue a course that will upend his career. And he himself supported Trump unequivocally through the campaign. See the SLATE ARTICLE.

THE SECOND IMPEACHMENT

All of the Democratic House members voted to impeach Donald Trump. Ten brave Republican members voted to impeach him. They have received anonymous death threats by colleagues, domestic terrorist Trumpers and perhaps Trump himself via one of his goons. Liz Cheney was particularly courageous in standing for the Republican Party and eschewing white supremacist domestic terrorists who Trump represents. In her vote she commented.

TRIAL

Donald Trump has been vilified by average Americans, social media platforms, businesses, banks and foreign leaders because he lost the election and refused to tell his supporters that he lost. And he has done this daily from November 4th when he claimed he won at 2:00 a.m. in the morning before the election had been declared until today. For the thousands of times he prepared his supporters for his loss by claiming "if he lost, the election was RIGGED" throughout his presidency, Trump must have spoken #thebiglie one million times. Parroted by his supporters and his conspirators, Trumpers in the ultra-right wing of the Republican Party and extremist right wing media, his lie will go down in infamy and history as "the fraud that nearly broke the US democratic republic." Behind the lie is the unvarnished greed for power at any cost especially the death of those of good will and sincerity who served the country honorably and valiantly in the face of death like Capitol Policeman Brian Sicknick.

Brian Sicknick's bloodshed at the hands of rioters alone must convict DONALD JOHN TRUMP. It echoes the bloodshed of those who fought for the Union against the rich planters whose greed would continue the inhumanity of slavery and would dupe, blackmail and entail the poor in fighting for a cause that benefited them least. 

In the trial which will take place after Biden's inauguration (DC as an armed camp is reminiscent of the soldiers camped in DC during the Civil War) will examine the extent to which Donald John Trump violated his oath of office, endangered our democracy and rendered Americans unsafe and subject to white supremacist domestic terrorism which Trump has whipped up continually throughout violent events committed by domestic terrorists which he has refused to negate, call down or decry. 

However, in the court of public opinion, the people in all walks of life have spoken against Trump. Their numbers are legion. They have spoken in polls and have spoken in their votes and on blogs on social media and everywhere. These Americans believe in a democratic republic and believe in one voice, one being, one vote. They know truth from the behavior and actions of politicians who keep their word or lie, obfuscate, distract, and fog the truth. They have looked at the fruit of the individuals. They are keenly aware of the lies out of Trump's mouth and the lies of his fog machine in media and from the mouths of supplicants who must be loyal and sign loyalty oaths, not to their constitutional duties, but to Trump.

The Trump presidency has been illegitimate from the beginning and has ended in illegitimacy and ignominy. He must never hold office again, not even as a dog catcher. His inability to broadly tell his supporters that he lied, that he knowingly lied and that Joe Biden Jr. was elected fairly and legitimately is his great sin of pride which endangers our nation. No one of his kind must ever be elected to office again. And white supremacist domestic terrorists must never hold office either. Those in the senate who currently do not abdicate their loyalty to Donald Trump by voting to hold him accountable in a conviction, must be investigated. To what extent did they promote and enable Donald Trump by supporting his actions throughout his presidency? If they vote for acquittal, they must be viewed as traitors supporting insurrection and the overthrow of our democracy. 

Along with those in the House who did not vote to impeach Trump but came up with excuses, we Americans must hold these representatives to account and move to impeach and censure them in addition to voting them out. Their actions must be investigated; their Twitter and social media accounts must be investigated. And their loyalty to white supremacy domestic terrorism symbolized in Donald Trump must be assessed if it is purposeful or out of fear.

As for the senate who has the greater burden, there is no justification for acquitting Donald Trump, especially since he refuses to admit he lied knowingly to commit a fraud or admit that he intentionally wanted to incite an insurrection to remain in power. As long as Trump does not admit fault, and long as Trumper senators do not vote to convict him, then their hearts have truly spoken. No excuse for this action is justified. They, too, must be removed unable to hold office again. There is only one side: that of a democratic republic. Either they are on the side of the United States, or they are on the side of Trump. Trump is not the United States; he never represented this nation in deed. He was a figurehead who worshiped himself and expected his supplicants to loyally worship him or he punished and damned them. His actions have spoken. And now the Trumpers in the Republican Party must speak with their tongues. Vote for the U.S. in a CONVICTION or vote for white supremacy domestic terrorism in a DONALD TRUMP ACQUITTAL.

The American Public must make their voices heard like never before. Contact your senators. Tell them that the senators must vote to convict Donald Trump. If they vote to support white supremacist domestic terrorism's overthrow of our democratic republic in an acquittal of Donald Trump, they cannot serve in the senate. Supporting a violent overthrow with mob force in an attack at the Capitol to give the presidency to Donald Trump is treason.  The fourteenth amendment must be applied. Acquittal is not an option. They will be removed
